Ok, let's get the downsides ( and the reason for only a 3 star review) out of the way. Our room was at the front of the hotel and the sash window had a quarter-inch gap at the bottom, which meant road noise was prevalent all night long. There weren't any 'toothbrush glasses' in the holders in the bathroom. The beds each had a light above them and could be turned on and off, but as soon as the main room light switch was turned off, those lights went off too and couldn't be turned on or off independently. There was only one tea bag and one coffee sachet each. The good side is that the room was very clean, reasonably priced (for where it is) and check-in after reception had closed was easy. If you have earplugs, this place would be ideal for a stay for a couple of night.

Stayed for 1 night on new years eve. Greeted by friendly staff. Were able to access room early. Hadn't realised I had booked a studio apartment. We were impressed with the little kitchenette which had a fridge, tea coffee facilities, toaster and little hob (although we didn't do any cooking). Room spacious and clean. Could do with redecorating as wall paper peeling off the wall. For the price we paid we had a bargain and was an ideal place to rest our head after a busy day.

Lovely friendly smooth check in. In a lovely district. Super clean room, comfy bed, our room had a balcony. Great shower, bathroom had soap and shower gel provided. All totally clean. Lovely experience. Would recommend and would come again.

The only real disappointment was that the hotel is advertised as having parking however upon arrival we were advised that there is no parking. This needs updating as a matter of urgency as I then had to find a car park and spend an additional £50 on parking.

Lovely, friendly guy greeted us on arrival. He happily gave us advice on getting around London. Our twin room was spacious for London. Very clean throughout and comfortable beds. The tea and coffee facilities and fridge were a bonus too. We were very happy with everything for the price we paid - it was cheaper than most hotels we've stayed in and much nicer. The location was great too - just around the corner from Baker Street station with plenty of eating establishments a short walk away.

Good position clean but very disappointed with after sales. I had new clothes purchased In a brown paper back cost £90. The bag was paper and by the dressing table close to the bin. My items disposed by the cleaner. After investigating the hotel said the bag the cleaner used when cleaning the room was difficult to identify what was in her bag. The hotel has stated they cannot confirm the items taken. I have used many hotels and never had my items taken. Very disappointed with this company.

Easy to find unassuming lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable. Sultan on the front desk is very friendly and helpful and is a credit to the hotel. The hotel is bright and airy and the beds are comfortable. There is no bar or restaurant here but is located close to restaurants and bars. The area feels safe, the roadside was a little noisy but soon quietened down. There is also a luggage storage area and tea and coffee making facilities. The building isn’t very clearly signposted as a hotel. It is on an even flat road with a couple of steps to access the hotel. There is also a one person lift. The hotel is within easy walking distance to Hyde park etc.

Reception was very welcoming, we arrived early and our rooms were ready to check in. The hotel room was very clean, had everything we needed for our night's stay in London. It's also a few minutes walk from Baker Street station so a very good location! The only downside was the shower wasn't very good but that was fine for a night. A very good gem of a hotel! Would happily return!

The room was small but had everything we needed, including aircon which was much appreciated on a sticky London night. Bathroom was good with a decent shower. Fridge was really useful and not noisy. Everything was clean and the bed whilst quite small was comfortable. Location is superb, close to Baker Street and the west end. Note that breakfast isn’t available any more. Staff very helpful and friendly. Value was ok given the above. Overall recommended.
