The Meliá White House is pretty amazing! I had a comfortable two-night stay at the Meliá White House, which provided all necessary conveniences for my work trip. The bed was quite comfortable, and the tapas was amazing. I love the hotel's concept and design. I appreciated the pleasant staff, especially Zubair, who looked after me during my stay. I'll be back!

First visit here and struck by how friendly all the staff are. We were in our room by 1pm which was great. Great size room with space for everything. The robes supplied were very poor, small, shrunk to a very small size and no belt to tie round the waist! Definitely need replacing. But otherwise no complaints. Breakfast definitely one of the best buffets I have had in a long time. We will be back.

Our first stay here for our 7th anniversary and it didn’t disappoint, we didn’t get there till late so just missed the tapas but had a few drinks in the Level and were looked after by Amo, he was so polite and helpful! We had dinner in Bar 35, I would definitely recommend Sabi was brilliant she couldn’t do enough for us. The food was amazing, as were the cocktails. We stayed in the level premium room, very spacious, clean the waterfall shower was definitely a nice touch! Breakfast selection was amazing as well, definitely something for everyone. I’d certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family and will be returning for a longer stay next time!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, The staff are amazing I loved the breakfast menu and the tapas was delicious, specially Zubair in evening was very attentive and friendly . He used to make me soya latte with vegan and gluten free food separately. Highly recommended hotel.

We loved this hotel for our weekend stay in London. We had a modern comfortable room with some fabulous art! The highlight for us was the breakfast at 'The Level'. The choice of food was fantastic .. the best we've had in a London hotel. Delicious food and really friendly staff. Magdalena was super helpful. The layout of this restaurant was very relaxed and the whole experience really was special. It was a great start to the day. We will be booking again for our next London visit 👌

We absolutely love the Melia brand, first stay here at the Level Meliá White House. Fantastic staff, location and service. Attention to detail is in abundance here. The level is a fantastic concept , separate entrance to main hotel, lovely large check in area and level lounge. Drinks and snacks all day and between 5.30 and 7.30 tapas and spirits. Rooms lovely and modern , great outdoor deck area too. Highly recommend and we will return. Special mention of the level manager Amolak Bilan who we chatted to after commenting on how lovely all the staff are, we were made to feel very welcome , great vibe , well done team.

There is something VERY special about the Melia White House Hotel in Albany Street, London NW1 3UP. We have given this great thought after staying here many times… it is not the location, it IS the people. Of course one could be dazzled by the white marble and the beautiful green plants around the reception and the relaxing atmosphere that abounds in this establishment. However the difference between here and other hotels is the way you are so warmly welcomed and treated. Particular mention to the Reception Team under Javier and his wonderful team including Gladys and Eliza. When you get to your bedroom, they are fabulous… very comfortable, warm and relaxing. Just what you would like your bedroom to be. We would especially recommend you join the Level 1, an oasis of calm under the management of Amo in where you are treated to a magnificent breakfast in the morning and when you return in the early evening to a surprise of wines and tapas. You are made to feel extraordinary in Level 1. Congratulations to Amo and his team too… Really Excellent. This Hotel just keeps getting better and better and our last person of special mention is Carmen, the most lovely and friendly person you could ever meet. She should be cherished by this Hotel, a truly outstanding Manager. Definitely 5 Stars***** We will be back for sure. Noel D Donaldson

The level breakfast is amazing great service and variety of options to choose. The team leader Zubair provide very excellent service and I totally recommend this place 10/10. Overall, this is the best place in London to stay and have a quality time.
