Excellent stay in very newly refurbished rooms. As expected rooms were small but well designed and comfortable. Continental breakfast was superbly done with lovely selection of croissants, fruits etc and freshly made coffee.

Clean, new amenities were great but the Indian food was fabulous- not your BRC!

Wat een coole pub en hotel! Op loopafstand van de Bakerloo-lijn, wat geweldig was voor een reis van 30 minuten naar SoHo voor mijn vergaderingen. Kamer 19 had een kingsize bed, ramen die open konden en voor veel licht en een heerlijk briesje zorgden. Inchecken in de pub, lift voor uw koffers. Lekker makkelijk en geweldig. Kamer was groter dan een Superior Cosy in the Strand Palace, die 70 GBP meer per nacht kostte.

Aangenaam verblijf voor het geld. De kamer was groot, met een zeer comfortabel bed. Onberispelijk schoon en verrassend stil, ook al zat ik vlak bij de lift in kamer 3. Wat zou ik veranderen? Betere gordijnen zouden goed zijn, omdat er licht binnenkomt aan de bovenkant van de gordijnen en de kamer de hele nacht vrij licht blijft. Ik zou de waterkoker ook vervangen door een normale - die in de kamer kan niet worden gevuld in de kleine wastafel in de badkamer en vult ook de mok tot de rand, dus je moet er wat uitgooien om er melk in te doen! De medewerkers zijn allemaal vriendelijk. Ik had een curry als avondeten en heb er erg van genoten. Het ontbijt was een continentale aangelegenheid, maar erg leuk. Zou er weer verblijven!

The problems here started when I tried to get access to the hotel at night and phones remained unanswered. But the real issue was there was no hot water for the duration of my stay and I could not wash. The hotel refused to give any form of refund and management refused to speak to me and were unavailable when I asked to speak to a manager. Hell would have to freeze over before I stayed in this hotel again.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME! Stay anywhere but not here. No WiFi in the room for the 4-5 nights we stayed. Supposedly they reset the router, which obviously didn’t do anything for us. We had to buy a UK SIM card to buy the internet package. It’s a smart TV in the room but the management claimed it’s not a smart TV that’s why it wasn’t working, mind you it has YouTube, Netflix, and the option to connect to the WiFi so needless to say it’s a smart TV. We weren’t aware of this ahead of time and had we known I wouldn’t have spent over one thousand pounds on this place: 1. This place doesn’t have a reception like a traditional hotel so once the pub is closed, there’s no one to contact. And the phone number listed on ******* blew my mind because I called to let them know I wouldn’t be checking in at the usual time and that my flight was delayed. When I called someone answered saying “Hello?” Like I was bothering them and they definitely did not want to talk to me.2. The place is not a real hotel, where you can stay comfortably. It has a pub downstairs and it’s always LOUD and uncomfortable. The cleaning lady yanked our door every morning to ask when are we going to check out of the hotel, after telling her 2x we had to put a note on our door to please not yank or bang on the door. I asked the management team to assist us and she pretty much said your room is non refundable. Worst experience ever.

Every single employee I encountered was so nice and seemed to really care about the quality of my experience. The room was clean, and the pub downstairs was cozy.

Super clean! Small, but for the price and location, very cozy and nice. The breakfast was simple, but tasty. No complaints really.

We stayed for three nights at this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay! The room was spotless and a good size with an en suite shower room, just what we needed. The hotel is located near the tube station and bus routes which was great for exploring London. The staff were very helpful and polite. We queried about breakfast being included and were reassured it was. The breakfast was a lovely Continental with lovely choices. On our final evening we had dinner in the restaurant and it was absolutely beautiful food! Would definitely recomment the hotel and restaurant!
