Very comfy. Love the terrace with amazing view. Tho the Collins room is somewhat mediocre, the hotel itself is nice enough.

We had a room overlooking Hyde park. New modern bathroom, beautifully decorated and delicious daily treats from hotel as well as chocolate. Breakfast room was beautiful and staff exceptional. We dined in Berkeley cafe 2 x which was cozy and delicious ( salmon dish superb) would definitely put on top 10 list for London. We visit London 2x a year for a month to visit our son and have stayed in so many top notch hotels. The hotel has to be exceptional to return to it and I would put Berkeley in this category.

We love staying at The Berkeley. It is large enough to offer all the amenities of a large, grand hotel, yet small enough to make you feel at home. The staff quickly gets to know your names and greets you personally every time you pass their desk. The rooms are beautifully appointed, with a different decor on each floor. We can't wait to see the suites at The Emory once it opens.

We keep coming back to this hotel because of the staff and amenities. Every stay has exceeded our expectations. The rooms are comfortable and nicely updated. Treats are a nightly surprise we look forward to. Breakfast is consistently wonderful and wholesome. The valets out front are so helpful! Checkin with a smile and welcome back are appreciated as we feel we have come home. The Berkeley is nicely located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of shopping, parks and attractions. We always feel safe walking to dinner at a pedestrian mall a few blocks away with grocery store and restaurants.

The Berkley is always my preferred hotel in London. The location is great for walking to almost everywhere I want to go. The staff and service are second to none. The Collins Room serves an excellent breakfast and the Cedric Grolet pastry counter has the best pain au chocolate that I have ever had along with a daily assortment of the most incredible treats

Words are not enough , to describe this hotel is one the best I’ve ever stayed in , the staff are just phenomenal the warmth they greet you with is very heart warming, I cannot fault anything it’s perfection , special thank you to doorman and Antonia staff member who touched are hearts and made my birthday a memorable day. Thank you Berkeley thank you for an unforgettable memorial experience, will come back. Julie Lee xxxx

Just to say. This is a fantastic, well situated friendly property. A must for anyone visiting for business or pleasure. Great value. The rooms are very well appointed and extremely comfortable. If you come to London, make a point of booking here. You will be glad you did.

I was given a Pret a Porta tea. voucher for 2 people as a birthday gift. My husband and I attended on a Sunday afternoon. We were greeted by 2 charming young ladies at the reception and we were really looking forward to a special afternoon Our waiter eventually came to the table and asked us what we were having. We explained the situation and said that our voucher was at reception. Some time later he returned and removed our champagne glasses. We questioned his actions and he told us that it was tea without champagne. My husband was not happy and went to check and in fact champagne was included in our voucher We were then served by a different waiter for the rest of the afternoon It was obvious that this attitude spoiled our whole celebration We were very surprised that the 2 suited men who were obviously in charge made no effort to apologise for the mistake. They just stood stony faced all afternoon This really is not worth the £93 a head!

Everything about the hotel is great. The cost is a little steep but I guess it’s one of those places, you get what you pay for. I was there on business and hsve stayed with the family too. The hotel has everything but with the dollar versus the pound, it has gotten more expensive than a year or two ago.
