Everything great. Only one thing wrong . We asked the timing of breakfast with reception and was told it started at 7am. This was not true. It was 8am and meant we could not partake. If we had known this we would not have pre purchased breakfast. Attempted to have cost reimbursed, hotel refused. A pity as all was good except we had to pay for something we did not have.

房間非常小。現場價格300磅，攜程2000多，便宜了大幾百。當時先現場問的房間並且去看了房，確認價格後現場攜程下單。酒店位置很好，就在火車站旁。

Check in perfect. Welcoming. Easy. We arrived early - and there was no issue in getting our room - or if we wanted to leave our luggage. Breakfast was right up there as well - the staff again - super attentive and couldn't do enough for you.

Remains a firm favourite, perfect location for travelling by train and getting around London. The facilities are great and the staff very friendly and organised, really can’t have any complaints. We stayed the week before Chris**as so could ´hear’ the sounds of the neighbourhood and parties a little more than usual if that is a factor for you but I would not trade the location for that.
