it was great location. near to everything- train subway restuarants theatre bars. room was very small though

Will never use Hub by Premier Inn again, rooms are so small and the bed is uncomfortable, very over priced as well.

We usually love a premier inn and have stayed in many however we’d never stay in a “hub” again. The location was excellent and most of the staff were nice. But our room was poor in our experience. It was tiny! Bed pushed into a corner so we had to climb over each other. Shower room separated by a glass panel. Window didn’t open. Air conditioning pleased itself whether it came on and blew hot or cold. No extractor fan in the shower room. No space to move!

Needed a bit more out of the facilities, probably won't be using these hubs again the rooms are rather smaller than expected.

Lovely location between Covent Garden and Leicester Square. The rooms are on the small side but really clean, so comfy and had everything I needed.

Our 4th visit to the Hun at Covent Gardnes. Fantastic location, just the best staff, great breakfast (continental), suits our needs. Will be back again

Booked one night stay only Yes, location is good, room is clean, gadgets in room for lights amused my husband but you would at least expect a kettle to make a hot drink and glasses in room. Thanks for the complimentary bottles of water! I’m Check in staff VERY grumpy.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs. Given that, and the price, I had no problem with the size of the room. However, I did not like the lack of tea/coffee making facilities, the poor toiletries and annoying to use hairdryer. All I suppose can be forgiven for the price of a central London hotel! The biggest issue though was the security. At 1am we had a drunken person banging and shaking our door violently trying to get in. It was actually quite terrifying and I was grateful to not be alone.
