L'oscar London

訂了兩個豪華房，但是前台經理説不能加床，非要我掏200磅一晚升級。很不滿意！我直接網上訂高一級別的客房，也不需要這個價格！而且明明房間夠大，她卻死活説不能加床。攜程網上寫着可以加床。最後還是通過攜程處理，但是酒店經理還是很噁心，要高價！我不會再來這個酒店了！ 酒店就緊挨路邊，門口停車位都沒有。要不是看着距離大英博物館很近，我不會訂這裏。 餐廳服務員挺好，早餐是套餐，英式，味道不錯，分量十足，好像很多本地商務人士來就餐洽談。

匆忙定了高級房，房間雖小但很温馨。服務人員態度十分熱情友好，交通便利，周邊很多可逛，一定會再來的酒店！

Gorgeous classy interiors, huge high ceiling suites, a lot of attention to detail, excellent food and drink, excellent breakfast, room service, dinner at the restaurant, excellent cocktails, service and concierge are also top notch. I'd go nowhere else. Great place to meet guests for tea or meetings downstairs also during a business stay, parcel collections and drop off for my work responsibilities also worked super well and the concierge was very attentive about it.

My wife and I are just finishing our honeymoon/babymoon and I was so impressed with our stay at L’Oscar I felt compelled to write a review. First, Ali at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay amazing and memorable. I booked through my Amex platinum and our flight to London-Gatwick was early so we ended up arriving at the hotel at around 9am — while our check in time was originally scheduled for 12pm, Ali took it upon himself to make sure our room was ready with some special treats upon arrival and honored the Amex platinum upgrade. My wife is pregnant and he also made sure to have a pregnancy pillow available for my wife to use — we stayed at three different hotels on this trip in three countries and the service here was second to none; Ali and his team truly made L’Oscar feel like it was our home for five days. The suite we were in was spacious and extremely comfortable. The breakfast we had at the hotel each morning was also very good and we enjoyed it very much; the same is true of the dinner we enjoyed at L’Oscar on our last night there. Our departure from the hotel was via a train out of St. Pancraas and we had to leave for the train station at 4am. Ali took it upon himself to make sure we had breakfast bags packed up and ready for us upon our check out so we had some food to eat at the station that morning (which was delicious). We had a fantastic stay at L’Oscar and will be back the next time we are in London — thank you to Ali and the L’Oscar staff for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Fantastic service at L’oscar, really nice cocktails, would recommend the St Tropez cocktail! a very nice boutique bar, tried a few of the starters, the food was great, accompanied our cocktails very well. Would like to really thank Anna-Marie looking after us, very good recommendations and cared for our experience, don’t find service like that often! Also Guiseppe behind the bar was very helpful and accommodating, knows his products! really great experience and will definitely be back again! Thanks again l’Oscar team! Mike

Absolutely amazing in every aspect: the gorgeous rooms with a great attention to detail, the professional and friendly staff, the tasty breakfast, the location right at the center of everything. It is truly a home away from home, and made our family weekend perfect. Looking forward to our next stay!

We had the loveliest stay at L'Oscar, a delightful boutique hotel near many points of interest including the British Museum. We spent the first 4 nights of a multi-city vacation at the Hotel. The staff were wonderful; the room quite comfortable. The amenities very nice. The shower...heavenly. The breakfast...delicious and delightful! A lovely restaurant/breakfast room overlooks the road for people-watching in Holborn. Beautiful building and decor including some soon-to-be opened sections that we saw courtesy of Kasia (who also greeted us on arrival and took our bags in). Speaking of the greeting, after our bags were whisked away, we were brought into the reception area and welcomed to the hotel with beverages (we chose pots of tea) and light snacks in comfy chairs with tables, I believe by Ali?? While we were relaxing with our tea, perfect after our 11 hour LAX-London flight, our room amenities and hotel features were explained to us. I have never been so warmly and personally greeted at a hotel. There were certainly other standout staff. Mihaela, a server, was a delight. Alexandre, another server, was a joy as well. Last, an Italian woman was a fabulous server too...I forgot to get her name! Other staff were very nice as well but we did not get the chance to interact with them as much. There are so many hotels in London, and in many different areas, but I think next time I visit London I will choose L'Oscar again! Thank you L'Oscar team!
