It was such a lovely experience. And they were so kind and thoughtful as we were celebrating a milestone. Very clean hotel and family friendly amenities available and an extensive Halal menu, which was helpful.

Our stay fell short of expectations, with an unpleasant breakfast experience and a disruptive checkout process being the main areas of concern.

What a great hotel, brilliant views and clean rooms with gadgets everywhere, the mini bar was a bit pricey but you would expect that in a hotel of this nature, also for the price of the room breakfast should be included but it’s not Other than that it was excellent

Absolutely breathtaking from the moment we stepped out of the elevator! My husband and I stayed here for our 10th wedding anniversary, and the Shangri-La truly exceeded every expectation. Our room had sweeping, floor-to-ceiling views of the Thames and Tower Bridge—waking up to the London skyline from the comfort of that incredibly plush bed felt like an absolute dream. We enjoyed a phenomenal dinner at TĪNG, where the staff even brought out a complimentary dessert with a sweet message for us. The absolute highlight, however, was swimming in the infinity pool on the 52nd floor right at sunset. It is undeniably a splurge, but for a special occasion, there is simply no better, more romantic place to stay in London. A truly magical, once-in-a-lifetime experience!

- Elevators are very very slow! - No variety for breakfast buffet. - No cold plunge! - Sauna and pool have nice views but are smaller than what I'm used to. Also, people at Gong Bar can see us in our robes. There's also too many doors to reach the amenities! - I don't know why starting on my 3rd or 4th day stay, my "Do Not Disturb" button is always on so my room doesn't get cleaned. Maybe the button is broken like the busted reading light lamp on top of my bed.

This was booked to celebrate a milestone birthday. The staff went out of their way to add some special touches to make the stay more memorable, which was very much appreciated. The room was amazing as was the pool area.  I would love to stay there again
