Wonderful experience again at Kimpton & Fitzroy hotel London.
It was my second stay and I will go back again soon.

From its location and the comfort of the building's exterior to the staff's service attitude, everything scores top marks! Although the hotel's buffet breakfast doesn't offer a wide variety, the quality is excellent, and it was a very comfortable dining experience, with the waitstaff being very attentive! Additionally, the service received at the hotel's main entrance and the exceptional care taken by the staff in handling our heavy luggage during checkout, ensuring it was transported downstairs to the taxi, was commendable. These experiences definitely make us want to return!

The room was small but quite cozy, though the shower wasn't very strong with its water output. Absolutely wonderful breakfast and only two minutes to the British museum.

The hotel room was not big but elegant, the bathroom was beautiful and clean, we stayed in the first floor but so quiet, all the staffs were so polite and helpful, breakfast also good no matter the semi-buffet or the a la carte restaurant. It's a very enjoyable experience.

Stunning hotel in the center of London just a stone throw away from the tube and right in opposite of Russel Square.
The standard rooms are not necessarily large but I stayed at the Park Suite which was spacious with a beautiful view, a beautiful fireplace and a lovely bath tube 😀
Breakfast was included and can be eaten in two restaurants. One is a la carte and the other one is buffet style.
Service is good with friendly staff 👌
