See below for another person who was also out of pocket by the management here same issue Contracted covid the day before tried to message ********** who told me to send proof to hotel I did and still no refund authorised by the management. I see they have sold out of rooms so my room was booked so they haven’t lost out so why keep my £140! Not treated like a human and being sick and two days of constant back and forth absolute nigh**are book travel lodge who at least move the date if you prove your genuinely ill !

Great location. Small apar**ent that is very basic, wasn’t that clean and minimal resources. The good thing is these apar**ents have a lift (even though it is very small) it’s still better than carrying suitcases up and down stairs. Very close to great pubs, restaurants, tourist attractions and Paddington train station

We stayed at Paddington Apar**ents for a week in January 2023 and had a relatively enjoyable experience. Albeit being dated, the room was big and cosy, with appliances that were useful for us, including a kitchenette, microwave and stove. The location was great and very accessible from the Queen Elizabeth line, as well as Saintsbury and M&S. We would advice you to ensure everything is settled on your phone to make sure that the check-in process is smoother as it is a fully automated check-in. Special shout out to Michael, who was very warm and helpful. We appreciated his help! We would stay here again the next time we’re in London.

First the positives: well located: few mins walk from Paddington station, near lots of shops/ eateries, but so are hundreds of mid range hotels. Room was good size, check in whilst seeming complicated from the numerous emails from the company was pretty straightforward. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, ironing gear etc. Free Wi-Fi Down sides: room must have been serviced prior to our arrival: clean towels and bedding etc but the waste bin hadn’t been emptied. TV had terrestrial channels but all of them were poor reception and not possible to watch anything. The bed was just awful. A double bed by definition but little space for two. Am so mattress was so soft that you kept rolling into each other or off the bed. Bed base was low so difficult to get up if your knees are a bit crock. My conclusion: all I really wish for is a clean room with a comfy bed. So long as I get a decent nights sleep I’m pretty cool with what my midrange or budget accommodation has to offer. I’ve stayed in several apar**ents before and this one was not as good as the others. For a couple on a weekend break I’d advise getting a budget hotel. Perhaps you’ll pay a little more but in the long run it will be worth it. If however you are here for longer and on a budget, the ability to self cater and save money by not eating out all the time, it might be worth it. So, if you are here longer, you would have time to iron out the problems: tv etc

Had stayed at Paddington Apar**ents on a previous visit to London and there has been one major improvement (to an already good venue) since then. The electronic check-in/key eliminates the need to trek over to their main office to check in and get a key, saving a lot of time. We had a minor issue with the smoke alarm in our room beeping due to a dying battery. We contacted the office and by the time we got back to the room that evening, it had been repaired, which was much appreciated. The room was small, but had the essentials - three beds, efficiency kitchen and complimentary bottles of water. Great location near Paddington Station and plenty of pubs within walking distance, as well as a short walk to Hyde Park. I'd stay here again.

The studio was mostly clean & well stocked with kitchen utensils and bathroom necessities. The biscuits and water bottles were nice as well. The air conditioning worked very well. One of us had a comfortable nights sleep. I felt as if the pictures didn't accurately represent the studio we ended up in. While it is a studio on the booking this did mislead us somewhat as "Paddington Apar**ents" implies an apar**ent which this was not. The bed was on the small side for a double and there was no sofa or seating area for us to watch the TV (which was positioned in a way that makes it unwatchable from the only other sitting position - the bed). There were cracks in the floor tiles that we had concerns could cut our feet if they continued to lift up further (see photo). The decor was also very out of date and made the room unwelcoming. There was no noise protection either and we could easily hear other guests talking. It was disappointing as with a little bit of inves**ent/renovation the room would be a lot better. At over £220 a night you do expect a LOT better.

The check-in process is a pain. You have to go to a different hotel (about an 8 euro taxi ride each way). But, the room was very comfortable and spacious. Used the laundry machines and they worked fine but took forever (bring about 6 pounds per load based on our experience). Good neighborhood. Walked to the Thai restaurant nearby and it was quite good. Would stay again

Had a fridge, hot water kettle, 3 super hard beds. But it was one poorly laid out room that felt claustrophobic, it was turn of the century basic. Worlds smallest shower.And not sure if they were kids wrestling being crazy loud and noisy or if it was something else…. It made us get out and see the city since it was sad to be there. It met our needs and that was it. We were happy to check out.

Pro: Location: - Central city apar**ent next to Kensington Gardens and Paddington train station - Small kitchen with supply kitchen items - For London it's acceptable priced - Airco is adequate Con: You need to pick up keys 20 mins walk from the apar**ent so be sure to check the key pick up address.
