Prima hotel voor een stedentrip. Het 2 persoonsbed was wat aan kleine kant.
Goede ligging, goed te bereiken met OV.

Kleinschalig hotel. Prima nette kamer en fijn bed!
Ligt wel wat verder van de underground (20 min lopen).
In de buurt een leuk en goed restaurant voor lunch en diner, meghans.
Het intbijt bij hotel is klein en prima voor diegene die van englisch breakfast houden.

We had a lovely stay at the Kensington Prime Hotel. Even though the room was a bit smaller than expected, they were clean and comfy. The only downside was the breakfast area, it was too small for the amount of guests staying there and some people had to wait, not very welcoming or organized.

Nice hotel in great location with pleasant staff. Stayed here before and very happy. Breakfast was pleasant. The hotel has nice touches.

This is a small hotel (about 14 rooms?) with TINY guest rooms. The pictures don't show how small they are. I was travelling solo with a large suitcase, and the room was just enough space for me, with my suitcase taking up half of the bed. With 2 people, it would be miserable. Impossible to have 2 people with 2 suitcases in the same room. The finishes were nice, but very much like a flipped house--pull too hard and you might dislodge a poorly-attached installation (like the bracket holding the hand-held shower wand). The toilet paper holder was broken and they didn't attempt to fix it, just put the roll on the vanity counter. The TV remote didn't work, and instead of notifying staff and inviting them into my tiny room, after I had deconstructed for the night, I just went without the TV. And the linens were cleaned, but looked like they could have been laundered better. The included breakfast was actually the best I had at about 7 different hotel restaurants I stayed at between England and Italy. GREAT location, just around the corner from Kensington High Street's many shops, restaurants, and bus lines. One a quiet and safe street. Overall, this hotel was a nice, seemingly family-owned joint, but do not go in expecting luxury.

Lovely boutique hotel very comfortable and perfectly situated near Olympia. Easy access to central London.
Breakfast included is a bonus and was lovely.

Easy to find off the Kensington Olympia tube, clean lovely room, comfy bed, nice and quiet, on what seemed to be a residential street so no noise at night. Lovely breakfast included, hot and pastries. Would definitely recommend!

Service at reception not very good. Tv not working properly, reported it but nothing done. Lift not working for 1.5 days , bad as a 70 year old on 3rd floor. Beds comfortable, breakfast fine.
