We decided to stay here because of the NYE fireworks display which could be viewed at the rooftop only to be told that access to the hotel is not an automatic access to the rooftop on New Year’s Eve and the worst thing is that it got sold out. It was just downhill from there because honestly, we made the reservation just for that sole purpose. I wouldn’t call my stay enjoyable really, not because of the services or anything, it was just the disappointment we felt when everything we planned out became null. Probably wouldn’t go there again but it’s a nice hotel in a good location regardless

酒店服務很好，位置優越，工作人員都很友善，尤其是門口為我們提取行李的人員，服務態度非常好，如果來倫敦，我會極力推薦這間酒店。

不值這個價格！不要被Hilton這個名給騙了，雖然我們是Hilton 的會員，但是⋯我們很驚訝，這個非常像家庭式的旅館，全部都是狹窄昏暗，沒有寬闊的大廳，房間小的讓人覺得憂鬱，連窗也是小小的，就像一般商務旅館，廁所也沒有抽風，洗面台骯髒，容易堵塞，來幾天全身就起疹子，應該是黴菌，第一次來到倫敦，真的被這樣的酒店、這樣離譜的價格給嚇到了，中途我們決定更換附近的酒店，以免影響到我對倫敦的好印象。

名字裏面有希爾頓，實際上比希爾頓高級多了，是一家傳統的英國式豪華五星級酒店。地理位置絕佳，古老而氣派的建築，精緻的內部裝飾和設計細節，各個環節的管理和服務，從門房到接待到保潔、維修，都能體現出英國式的專業、禮貌，良好的素質和訓練。甚至給小朋友準備的門卡也是那麼可愛貼心。整個酒店從外到內都無可挑剔，哪怕正在裝修大堂，哪怕有一台電梯故障，都處理得讓客人心平氣和沒有抱怨。必須點贊！今後去倫敦度假的首選。
