Very good location and transportation. We can easily walk at night time without any dangerous.

Location is very great, close too the station.

Disgusting hotel! I would give it a “0” rating if it was an option. Hotel room smelt dirty had to open windows. Bed had dirt on the sheets Smoke detector light flashing blue light all night. House keeping doing their rounds at 110pm till 1am when told to shut up and stop making noise by another guest. Construction site lights flashing through the “pointless blackout curtains’ Bathroom dirty and smelt of drains. DO NOT BOOK FOR THIS HOTEL!!!

Always stay at Travelodge when I go places. First time staying here and it was a positive stay. Standard rooms but it was well cleaned. One of the cleanliness Travelodge I been to actually. Maintenance need attending, but to be fair shows like they do it’s just that there’s a handful of things that seem to just gets bandaid on when it needs further fixing. I look for how helpful the team and their working dynamics is, as it shows how much they would look after the guest as a hotel. I met the lovely chatty team member I believe her name was Joyce on the Saturday morning and I met the lovely managers on Tuesday Sandra and Diane. The other day I Mazhar I think his name was checked me in and a joker, I met the sweet Meera, she was helpful with the little information she has about the area, she helped me with suggestions of we’re to have breakfast. I would stay here again and looking forward to your renovations!

The stay was really good. The train station are near and it was so convenient as well as it was just 5min walking distance from the hotel. There are so many restaurants surrounding the place. The staff were really friendly. It was a bit noisy as the next building construction was going on. Other than that, everything was good.

Stayed at many Travelodges previously and this is definitely the worst... The room had no hot water in the shower, which I would say is a bare minimum for adequacy. The room came with two signs to put on the door, either "do not disturb" or "please top me up". Since we were out every day and didn't want to have our room entered we left the "do not disturb" sign up the first dew days, but kept coming back to find housekeeping had been inside anyway. We then tried leaving no sign, and they kept coming in still. Unsure what the point is of the signs - most hotels nowadays don't do top ups unless you request, in the interest of energy conservation, including other Travelodges, so unsure what happened here. Other mentionable factors- hotel has a ramp outside but not inside, was difficult getting our cases up those stairs and staff at reception just watched us struggle. I am disabled so the stairs were a challenge each day, with no other way into the building. Building was quite old and falling apart, one of the lifts was out of order the whole 10 days we were there. Only redeeming factor was friendliness of the staff, especially Joyce who helped us find our way to a bus stop after checking out. We previously stayed in the Elephant and Castle branch, and would definitely recommend this one instead if you are wanting a budget hotel in London.

Comfortable and clean and staff were really friendly and helpful! It was a little pricey for a one night stay but for location and my trip for work, it did the job! Would recommend for female travellers who are going solo into London.

Great stay for a birthday. Lovely clean hotel. Great location for winter wonderland. Will definitely return. Friendly staff, easy checkin, would recommend for a stop in London. Used many Travelodges and will return next year
