Location was great and the staff were friendly; however the room wasn’t the cleanest and the window in the room couldn’t be opened. Only 30 mins complimentary WiFi and then £3 per 24 hours.

The thing that bothered me was the overall cleanliness plus room was not very warm could have furnished an extra blanket.

フロントの方はいい人で、早めにチェックインをさせてくれました。そこにはまんぞくなのですが、ホテルにドライヤーがなかったのが残念でした。

My stay at Balham was fantastic, team where very accommodating, room was comfortable , clean and conveniently located. Staff were friendly and helpful making sure all my needs were met. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area
