West Street by Q Apartments

This is the 2nd time I have written this review, so I can only presume you didn’t appreciate my comments first time round. I am unable to rate this accommodation as I was unable to locate the premises never mind sleep there. And yes I was in the right location according to google maps and satnav. Unable to find any signage to indicate the location of the premises,and asking local businesses in the same street,none of whom had heard of it, and after an hour of searching gave up, cut our trip short and made our way home by train. Very Disappointed.

I will like to summit to comment to improve. TO whom should I send

BEWARE - THIS IS A SCAM OPERATION. You rent the property via ******* but ti gain entry you must put a deposit via the Q West. electronic link. The link rejected ALL of credit cards including the one I had just used to pay *******. I attempted multiple times, had them resend the link several times, etc - always the same result. I asked the company to take my credit card info over the phone, they refused “for my protection.” I tried then to cancel the reservation since I couldn’t get in, they refused - insisting it only be cancelled via *******. CLled ******* WHO WOULD DO NOTHING TO HELP ME SO ******* ID PART OF THE SCAM. ******* claims that they cannot cancel the reservation- it has to be done directly via QWest. My Advice: DO NOT RENT FROM Q WEST. Frankly, I think ******* is equally culpable here so DO NOT USE *******, they will not stand behind their customer, are impossible to contact (no 800 number), and WILL NOT HELP YOU.

On nous change d’appartement 3 jours avant le début du séjour, soit disant on nous Upgrade, pas du tout, on se retrouve hyper loin comparé à ce qu’on avait réservé. On demande un late check out de 1h pour le dérangement, qui est refusé, dernière fois ces établissements, il vas falloir être un peut plus commerçants. on nous prend pour des imbeciles.
