Lovely room as always with free beers and soft drinks in the fridge. The hotel area of the pub (stairs and carpet) are in dire need of a refurb but overall it’s a great place to stay with a good breakfast. My work here in London is coming to an end and I’ll really miss this place 😢

Stayed at room 8 which is eye level to the train track. Had a good first night sleep amazingly with the background noise. The little fan inside the room helped cool the air down, as the room got a little stuffy even with windows open and heating off.
Unfortunately the fire alarm on second night (false alarm) shocked us, and we couldn't sleep after that.
Breakfast was brilliant and serving staff really friendly and efficient. Lots of choice and pleasing portions. Almost worthwhile to stay there for the breakfast.

good location, stayed one night in early December '23. was a great price and as single traveller staying for one night it was perfect for my needs, clean, comfy and good value. defo would stay again.

Our stay at the Wellington was exactly what we needed. Friendly staff from check in.
The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and despite being right next to the train line the noise didn’t keep us awake.
The coffee bag were a welcome surprise and a lovely touch.
The bathroom needs a little work as it was tired and could do with a bit of shelving and somewhere next to the sink to hang the hand towel.
Breakfast was fab, and overall I would rate our stay as excellent.

Not too bad. The only thing I didn’t like was the long skinny stairs to get to the room. Hard to carry my bid suitcase up the flights.

Great stay. Very clean. Staff very accommodating. Extremely close to Waterloo station which is fantastic for touring London. 20 minute walk to Covent Garden. Close to London Eye, National Threatre and War Museum and many more. Second time here and we will be back.
