Holiday Inn London Bloomsbury, an IHG Hotel

位置和早餐是優勢。不要住在2樓，因為在平台空調室外機旁邊，有聲音。某天因為需要早點出發無法吃早餐，申請打包早餐被拒，感覺為客户着想這一點做的不如國內。

酒店出行很方便，樓下就有酒館，過馬路是一條商業街裏面有很多餐廳，酒店早餐也不錯。前台服務還行，有時會有講普通話的工作人員會比較方便。除了房間比較小，總體還不錯。

我們英國行全程入住這麼一個酒店。之前沒有去過英國，所以當時也屬於盲選。入住後非常滿意。前台接待中規中矩，比較禮貌。孩子有見面小禮物。贈送飲料。早餐孩子免費。英式早餐每天都一樣，沒有期待，不過口味不錯。房間面積不大，但是設備齊全。冷暖空調，洗潔用品齊全。但是沒有牙刷牙膏梳子拖鞋。每天客房服務清潔也很規範。寄存行李每天一個行李5磅。酒店靠近 ucl，超市很多，令人驚喜的是還有中國超市。購物方便，靈活。餐廳，咖啡館，酒吧也很多，能夠感受到異國風情。晚上很安靜，睡眠非常淺的我都能踏實入眠。這個酒店的亮點就是交通異常方便。步行各個公交車站5分鐘，地鐵2分鐘！簡直是讚不絕口。推薦！

The location is very convenient. The room is clean and tidy, just the in-room Wi-Fi service is not very stable which cannot always on during my stay. The breakfast is nice too.

Never stayed here before and being a regular to London I can tell you I’ve found a gem. Ok let’s start with the positive. Loads of staff to help you even on check in which is very rare nowadays it’s normally computers. Absolutely spotless and immaculate and smells fresh and clean. Housekeeping asked me what I wanted them to do which was a nice touch so I said bins and bed nothing more. Food very high quality and breakfast brilliant. Staff go above and beyond and nothing was any trouble and a win win definitively is if you drive it has a car park OR even better Russel Square tube station is 2mins away it’s behind the hotel and it’s on the Piccadilly line so 3 stops your in main london tourist areas go 4 stops your in theatre land. I really would give it 5 stars but I gave it 4 only because it was noisy until about 11.30pm we had wooden curtains which was a nice change but it wasn’t noisy inside the hotel no banging doors or shouting etc it was street noise. Maybe it’s because I was on floor 1 if I was on 5 or 6 it might of been better but that is my only reason for 4 stars. We slept absolutely fine without any issues but it might bother fussy people. It’s definitely gonna be my go to hotel which has a fair price point for location, food and drinks and of course transportation connections. I’ve already booked to use this hotel in June when I’m going on Eurostar that just tells you how good it is. Credit where credits are due.

We’re from Hong Kong and stayed at London for three nights. There was a lovely hotel & the staffs were nice. The breakfast was great and fresh. We will choose this hotel if we visit London.

I went to London for a course, so I couldn’t stay a long time in the hotel, but the whole time I was there the staff was very helpful with anything I needed, always smiling, kind and polite. The breakfast was always delicious 🥞 I had lovely pancakes everyday 😁 the hotel is very central, very well located. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

We have enjoyed a lot. Breakfast is delicious (I recommend to the hotel more gluten free food ) but It was good quality and quantity.
