Excellent hotel, very comfortable. Avoid room 809 as the pumping equipment room for the pool on the 10th floor is directly above and may be noisy. Very helpful staff.

Very comfortable, great pool, close to the center, incredible breakfast with lot of choices especially cold salmon and beef (however scrambled eggs not recommended)

We verbleven voor 2 nachten in het hotel. Het hotel heeft een modern design. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer: We kregen een ruime kamer op de 6e etage,met een super breed Kingsize bed,van prima kwaliteit Een bureau,koffie & thee faciliteiten, een safe, een tv met Poolse zenders, voldoende kastruimte, en een strijkplank met strijkijzer. Badkamer: Modern met inloopdouche. Ontbijt: Zeer uitgebreid goed verzorgd ontbijtbuffet. Tip: via de receptie kun je voor 12 Pln een 3 dagen kaart kopen voor tram + bussen ( zond centrum) De stad heeft een uitgebreid en frequent netwerk,waardoor dit erg handig is. Tip: Download Jakdojade app. Super handig voor opzoeken openbaar vervoer.

Modern ruim luxe hotel even buiten het centrum van de leuke plaats Lodz in in Polen. Gemakkelijk bereikbaar zowel met auto als met openbaar vervoer. Parkeren voor de deur. Tram en bushaltes tegenover of op loopafstand van het hotel. Hotel heeft veel te bieden naast de mooie fijne kamers en de zwem/sauna faciliteiten beschikt het hotel ook over een uitstekend restaurant en een leuke bar.

I was planning to visit Łódź in April. On 9th March while doing the reservation by mistake I booked the room for that night. I was trying to contact the reception desk to move it to the correct date but even though I called 15 times I was not able to connect. As it was the last minute booking I was not able to cancel it without the penalty I was charged the no show fee. On Monday 11th I called the reservation department asking if there is anything they can do to cancel the penalty charge and move my booking to April. The lovely lady from reservation department said she will check with her manager and come back to me - unfortunately that did not happen. I called week later and again I was told that they need to check what can they do… well… still waiting for the answer….

Hinton is always Hilton, negative remark the employee (lady) at the reception. I was 25 min late for the check out, and she called me and invite me yo leave the room immediately. I asked if i could use a conference room or some quiet place for a conference call and she said NO, i motivated my request because the music was loud in the hotel Hall and she just replied , it is what it is. Pity as hotel is amazing , i have been here 3-4 times already and i geel sorry to write such a review just because of one employee.

Tried this hotel for the first time after usually staying at Puro. Rooms are large and well appointed with adequate bathroom. Restaurant is excellent for dinner and breakfast. Service was fine. About 15mins walk to restaurants and bar area.

Nice clean modern hotel, friendly staff. Rooms spacious with plenty of sockets and good internet connections. Bathrooms spotless and well maintained. Restaurant and bar restaurant had a good selection on the menu. Vegetarian options in restaurant a bit bland. About 5-10 min taxi ride from main *****…. Overall a pleasant stay.
