Hôtel situé près du stade de football de Lloret, un peu à l'écart de l'agitation et à proximité immédiate des rues offrant de quoi faire du shopping. A environ 500m à pieds de la grande plage. Hôtel très propre. Personnel à l'accueil très aimable et parlant également français. Le cadre est magnifique avec sa piscine qui s'illumine la nuit. Le buffet du soir était correct. A noter que les boissons sont payantes et non incluses, ce qui est un peu dommage. Le petit déjeuner est de type continental avec café, confitures, oeufs, bacon, fromage, céréales, ect... On y trouve tout ce que l'on veut. L'accès à la piscine intérieure, au Spa et aux installations de sports est payante. Ce qui est dommage aussi. Il vaudrait mieux déterminer un prix final avec les options incluses plutôt que de devoir se promener avec sa carte bancaire pour les boissons et installations. Le soir, il y avait une animation musicale. Le public était des séniors. Je recommande cet hôtel pour des séniors mais pas pour des jeunes, des trentenaires, quarantenaires ou cinquantenaires. Moi j'ai 50 ans, j'aime m'amuser et l'hôtel n'est pas fait pour moi, surtout quand on vient à Lloret de mar. Pour se détendre, être au calme, cet hôtel sera idéal pour vous et surtout il n'y a pas d'enfants et ça, quand on veut se reposer, c'est super !

Hotel Augusta Club & Spa Wij zijn hier geweest van 19-9 tot 30-09-2021. Wij hadden eerst hotel 15th boutique lloret geboekt Maar 4 dagen van te voren kregen we te horen dat het hotel gesloten is. Dus we hadden nu 2 keuzes waar we heen konden hotel Luna club malgrat de mar of hotel Augusta Club & Spa. Voor ons was de keus gelijk makkelijk want Malgrat wilde we niet heen waren daar al een keer geweest en vonden het niet veel bijzonders. Dus wij kozen voor hotel Augusta Club & Spa. Want dit hotel is adult only dat vonden wij ook wel fijn, geen schreeuwende kinderen geen ballen in het water gewoon rust en genieten Wij hadden via vakantiediscouter (NOOIT MEER) geboekt vlucht + transfer. De transfer bracht ons naar Lloret normaal wordt je voor het hotel afgezet. Nou bij vakantiediscounter dus niet. We werden ergen op een plein gedropt in Lloret en de buschauffeur zei hier is het. Nou wij zagen geen hotel Augusta, dus wij vragen waar we heen moesten zwaaide die met zijn armen hier ergens in de buurt is het. Na 20 min zwoegen met een koffer heuvel op heuvel af kijke op Googlemaps hebben we eindelijk het hotel gevonden. Onze vakantie kan beginnen. Bij inchecke krege wij kamer 310 wij in volle moed naar boven openen de deur en zie een hele mooi kamer en badkamer. Ik trek het gordijn open om naar het balkon te gaan en ik schrik me eigen helemaal dood. Aan de over kant van balkon staat een appartementencomplex waar je zo bij de buren naar binnen gleur alleen maar wasgoed en andere in mijn ogen kleren zooi. Ik zei hier ga ik niet 12 dagen tegen aankijken want dat is voor mij geen vakantie. Wij naar de receptie en een andere kamer gevraagd, dat was geen probleem wij kregen nu kamer 130. Wij in volle moed weer naar die kamer wij doen de deur open zelfde kamer ik ren naar het gordijn yes eindelijk normaal uitzicht we keken op het zwembad. Kamer: Kamer is helemaal goed niks op aan te merken goede ruime badkamer hele ruime wastafel en mega grote spiegel, goed bed met goede kussen (kom ik later nog op terug) Bureau met stoel en erstaat een koelkastje. Goede kleding kast met genoeg hangers en planken voor je spullen en een kluisje (moet je voor betalen hebben wij niet gedaan) Balkon is niet klein en niet ruim er staat een tafeltje wn 2 goede stoelen en een asbak. Gratis Airco was ook wel lekker om soms aan te zetten. Maar nu de 2 min punten van de kamer 130. -Het bed is goed maar ik ben 201 m en als ik in bed lag lagen me voeten bijna tegen de muur. Loop ruimte langs het bed is ook gewoon heel klein. - toen ik op bed ging liggen dacht ik dat ik op zee was... Ik kijk onder het bed en zie dat de pootjes helemaal scheef staan en die kan je niet recht zetten. Dus als je je om draai schud de ander die naast je leg ook lekker mee. Maar de bedden liggen perfect op deze 2 min puntjes. Wij denken dat er iemand helemaal uit elkaar getrokken is op het bed. Ontbijt: Wij hadden alleen ontbijt erbij omdat we ook savonds lekker gewoon in Lloret de Mar wilde eten. Maar het

L'hôtel ne mérite pas un 4*. Hôtesse d'accueil pas aimable. Matelas bon a changé. Les photos sont Loin d'être comme sur le site chambre trop petite. Nous devions quitter la chambre a 11h la femme de ménage c'est permise d'entrée dans la chambre avec ses propres clés je sortais de la douche je vous laisse imaginer un peu 😡😡. Au niveau du déjeuner croissant congelé. Et au niveau du repas 19€ pas grand choix.

The receptionist wasn’t very polite and kind with us, also we had several technical problems with our room, at the beginning the water from the sink wasn’t working, the day after the water stopped working for 3 hours in all the hotel. Furthermore during the night it was super laud, there were people runnning in the corridor at 4.30 a.m in front of our door and we couldn’t sleep for at least 1 hour. The night after the same thing happened again, people were screaming and arguing in corridor. Also there are some problems with window senorization. I don’t suggest you this hotel, we didn’t t had a nice experience.

Arriving at the hotel we were looking forward to our holiday. At reception, the staff member was extremely unprofessional and unkind, which was off putting and made us feel as though we were a very strong burden to the staff. As this is meant to be a spa and club hotel we did not expect this level of service. After receiving our information for our room number we had to take our heavy suitcases up three floors, we were also instructed by a cleaner that we would not able to use the lift. Why? Entering the room the first impressions were undesirable to spend a week here. The room had a very tired and old feel, this made us feel that the rooms and most of the hotel has not been renovated or shown any attention in the maintenance department for years. Terrible. The staff members continued to speak in fluent Spanish even though we made it very clear that we were both English - funny though as upon requesting that a cleaner who entered our room spoke english she did so immediately. Odd? The hotel sells itself on its website and to third party agencies as a spa and club hotel although I strongly believe as though this is false advertising and clearly going in the direction of scamming holidaymakers. Appalling. Not to mention the swimming pool and the spa which both are underwhelming and lacking attention to detail. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and do not show them any support. The whole trip was a waste of time and a very big waste of money. Disgusting.

Arrived at the hotel after being dropped off down the road from our transfer and after about a 3 hour journey. Booked this hotel specifically for the 4stars and pictures the rooms we were given absolutely appalling feels like a prison. I asked front desk if we could move they expressed the hotel is fully booked but they will be able to move us in the morning when people check out. Not sure if this is accurate as *********** still showed rooms available. Aircon also not working. Very disappointed with my experience here so far. Just look at the size of the bath what a joke.

Firstly this hotel is not 4*, the rooms are very small and the bathroom and balcony very basic. Issues with ants in our room and no kettle or iron available. I stayed here with 5 other females all of Caribbean decent and we subjected to racism by other visitors and the night security guard called Keemo and one of the receptionists. We were accused of removing a bed from our room which none of us knew anything about and had wondered why this bed was placed outside our room as if it was intentional. Another guest had come to our room to verbally attack us and slammed our door shut. She then had the nerve to call the security guard Keemo who had no intention of hearing our side of the incident and accused us off attacking the lady and threatened to call the police. My mum tried speaking to him but he started screaming at us telling us to leave the hotel before he called the police on us. At this point other guests started coming out of their rooms and talking in their language with the security and giving us dirty looks. We were told to f*** off and shut up multiple times by Keemo. We went to reception to speak to another security guard and he dealt with the situation and reassured us we were not being kicked out. A few days later Keemo accused us of the bed incident and didn’t apologise when we told him it had nothing to do with us. If you are a black person avoid this hotel. Despite a handful of helpful staff, majority of them were awful. We were stared at anytime we visited the bar or breakfast making us reduce the amount of time we actually spent in the hotel. My anxiety was triggered by Keemo and I couldn’t leave my room without one of the other girls on the trip.

We have not long returned from our holiday here. The hotel and staff was amazing. Instantly made to feel welcome and given all the information straight away. We booked half board and the food was fantastic such variation and choices and delicious. The bar staff were friendly and attentive nothing was ever too much trouble. The pool and facilities were fantastic. If you want a comfortable relaxing holiday I would highly recommend this hotel you will not be disappointed! Thanks again to all the staff for a lovely time away
