Lynton House

Very nice, comfortable and friendly B&B in the heart of Llandudno ideally situated for the Great Orme, Pier, shops and unexpectedly good restaurants. The owners are super friendly and can't do enough for you. Very tasty breakfast - fruit, cereal, juice, yoghurts, toast and fried as well as vegetarian options (all quality produce). Our room was clean & comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities (tea, coffee, milk etc provided) and a newly refurbished shower room. No complaints whatsoever, small car park (for 4 I think) but parking in Llandudno is a problem for 95% of hotels so it's a case of on street parking where you can. We will undoubtably return.

This is the 4th time I have stayed here. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Llandudno. Perfect position two minutes walk from promenade and pier. The rooms are modern, well maintained and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts are delicious and Sheridan and Mark are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. If you stay here I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lynton House. The location was perfectly situated to shopping, restaurants and walking along the seaside. Our room was nice and the amenities provided answered our needs for the stay. Breakfast was quick and delicious.

We have just got back from a three night break to Llandudno and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this lovely little town. The location of this B&B is brilliant, so close to all amenities and also the beach and pier. The owners were very approachable and had great sense of humours. We managed to get a parking space at the back, so we walked everywhere and left the car there. The room we had was very cosy and had everything we needed. Thanks Sheridan and Mark, we will certainly be back :)

Perfect two night in a single room. Welcoming and friendly host, very comfortable and clean room. I'm not one for big breakfasts so only ate light though what I saw other guests were certainly enjoying there's. Great location for sea front, bus stops very short walk away and station about 10 to 15 mins. I used Venue Cymru a couple of times, a nice 20 min gentle stroll along the sea front. Highly recommended, would certainly stay again.

Just had a wonderful weekend at Lynton house. The place is spotless, well furnished and the breakfast is just as good.The hosts are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. It is ideally located within walking distance of all the amenities you need. I would highly recommend a stay here. You will not be disappointed!!

My 11 year old son and I have just returned from a 3 night stay here. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The house is beautifully decorated and spotless! Our room was perfectly clean with everything you need for a comfortable, cosy stay. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice, including a full English, Eggs benedict (my favourite), cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt and more! My son loves food and he said he wants to have breakfast there every day! The location is great, close to the pier, tram and shops. Thanks for a lovely stay, we will definitely be back!

A home from home, we was made to feel comfortable the moment we walked in the door. absolutely wonderful place to stay and the freshly cooked breakfast is just what you need to start the day. Will be returning again and again
