It is a unique 19th century building that has been upgraded. The hostess Virginia was amazing. Her breakfasts were out of this world. It was the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

Ho festeggiato in questa splendida dimora storica i miei 50 anni. La sig.Virginia ha seguito l’organizzazione nei minimi dettagli con passione e professionalità riuscendo a soddisfare appieno le mie richieste. Cibo ricercato e squisito sapientemente cucinato da chef, cordialità e attenzione dello staff hanno resola serata indimenticabile per me e i miei ospiti. Grazie e a presto!!

Grazie a Virginia, attenta e puntuale in ogni piccolo dettaglio, ci si sente a casa anche in una dimora storica. Un plus alla colazione, con torte fatte in casa. Ps: seguite i suoi consigli e tutto sarà indimenticabile!

Le B&B était très spacieux. Lit très confortable. Virginie nous a accueilli chaleureusement chez elle. Le petit déjeuner fût délicieux. Situé en face de la mer ou se trouve beaucoup de restaurants.

La struttura è molto bella di grande valore storico: sembra di alloggiare in una residenza estiva di fine '800.
Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, pulizia complessiva eccellente.
A due passi dal lungomare più bello di Livorno, facilità di parcheggio e grande silenziosità completano il comfort complessivo.

Grazie a Virginia ed ai suoi Casini D’Ardenza abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana di vero relax, coccolati da tante attenzioni! Colazione super, appartamento stupendo, pulito ed abbiamo testato anche la cena in camera tutto molto buono!

La struttura più bella dove abbia mai soggiornato. Non solo per la location davvero incredibile dinanzi al mare, non solo per la pulizia degli spazi comuni e della camera, non solo per la colazione da hotel a 5 stelle, ma anche per l’estrema gentilezza e cura della proprietaria. Sicuramente tornerò. Super consigliato!
