Staff friendly and efficient. Room was clean and tidy. Great view out to Main Street and Chris**as Market.
Excellent location right next to Liverpool Lime St station.
Had a late lunch at their restaurant after 2 pm as room was not ready till 3 pm. We were told lunch menu no longer available and had to order from the dinner menu which actually says “from 5 pm”.
Food quality and service were both good but choices even for the dinner menu are very limited.

酒店位置絕對ok，就在車站旁邊，服務員漂亮、態度好，真的喜歡。不過房間太小了，書桌坐了人就沒辦法走了。早餐很豐富，設計感很強的大廳。

Pleasant room and hotel. Great location next to train station and short walk into town. Only thing was the room had tiny windows so not much of a view but overall great.

Stayed for 2 nights, the staff were so helpful and lovely, while checking us in, they explained everything in detail and made us feel so welcome. The hotel and rooms were stunning, very clean, cozy and comfortable.
Would definitely recommend this hotel! We will be back in the future.

The hotel is in an ideal location, next to the train station, with a beautiful view of St George's available. The rooms have been very well refurbished, my only comments would be to upgrade the mattress topper and to provide firm pillows, rather than ones that dissolve under the weight of a head. The receptionist was not very friendly at all and I do think would benefit from some customer service training.

Easy to get to this hotel from the Lime Street Station but stay here for the lovely rooms and people. Walkable to lots of places to eat and the docks are just 10 or so minutes away walking.
