The Liverpool Inn Hotel

The hotel service is still very good, and clean and tidy, but the room is not only completely without views, but also very noisy, closed the window can not stop the noise of the machine next door, making it difficult to sleep.

There are 2 liverpool inn hotels on the same street. The big hotel is closed the public. The small hotel is 3 star at best but is very well located

The hotel is in great location for bars, restaurants and shopping plus the bus stop is just a couple of minutes walk. We stayed one night, arrived later in the evening and had a warm welcome on check in and shown to our room. The room is basic but clean and has everything you need, it lacks a bit of a feminine touch maybe - a bedside table, lamp and a full length mirror would be great but there is a hairdryer, iron and kettle which is very helpful. Beds were comfy, shower was decent and we were able to leave our bags when we checked out. There is 2 flights of stairs so be aware of that as I didn't see a lift. For the price we paid it couldn't be faulted and we would stay again.

Myself and my husband recently stayed at the Liverpool Hotel Inn (4-8 Mount Pleasant, in between William Hill and the off licence), and it was truly a lovely experience. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the utilities needed, we especially loved the tea, coffee, and biscuits that were displayed in the room. What more could we want? The location was also perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.

The listing on *********** states that the hotel is in a central location so to expect some noise.  We have stayed in Liverpool a number of times so expected it to be lively.  We have no problem with noise from revelers and generally what you would expect from a vibrant city location.   However, what we got was far below expectations, and well below what is acceptable.  Read on..... We stayed in what was described as a studio / flat.   The room had a very unpleasant damp and musty smell.     The room was dirty and dusty with cobwebs everywhere.  The carpets were sticky.   The oven and hob were not working / had been disconnected by "management". The window frame in the bathroom was rotten.  We were advised to open the window when using the shower as there is no extractor fan.  When we did this we couldn't close the window as the bottom of the frame dropped down.  The reluctant reception staff had to force the window closed. The window in the bedroom had a broken catch so it couldn't be closed properly.  This is a shame because immediately outside the bedroom is a light well full of extractor fans and other M&E equipment from neighbouring fast food outlets.  This equipment made really loud noises and woke us up before 05:00 hrs on both mornings. We had very little sleep during our stay. All issues were reported to the reception staff.  They said that "maintenance" would not be available until next week (after we had left) and that the issues would have to be reported to "management".     We couldn't wait to check out. This is a terrible property.  I can't believe that it is even listed on ***********.  We feel completely let down. Do not make the same mistake we made.

It was very easy to get to good clean room and comfortable beds nice staff

Stag do running up and down stairs all night. Got about an hours sleep!

Have stayed here afew times and would recommend. Very helpful staff, comfortable rooms and central location
