Premier Inn Liverpool City (Liverpool One)

My friend lost a smartphone there and couldn't contact the hotel at all. Poor impression. The location is good though.

Me and my husband stayed for two night for a family event. When we arrived there we as a huge que out the door on reception. The room was amazing clean fresh amazing bed we had the best night sleep. The breakfast wasn’t that grate bacon looked under cooked but over all nice for price. John the server was polite and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. We asked for are room to be serviced and it wasn’t on are return the next day there was a lovely young lady from housekeeping I think her name was Chantelle that couldn’t do enough for us apologised when I mentioned are room wasn’t serviced the day before gave us fresh towels extra coffee and milk: Considering there was building work going on in the hotel didn’t affect us in any way all staff was welcoming polite and happy to help only problem I would suggest more staff on reception. We would definitely recommend and will be back soon thank you premier inn.

The bed was amazing so comfortable. Room was spotless, I can't find anything that I didn't like. Also the staff was always on hand if you seeded anything. We will definitely be going back, it was in the middle of Liverpool and was central to everything and only a 10 minute walk to the Albert Docks 😀

Premier Inn Hanover Street great hotel and location for bars and shops, staff very helpful and hotel very clean nothing too much trouble

Great location to explore Liverpool. Everything within walking distance. Hop on bus at airport, last stop on route is where you get off....so easy!

Couldn't fault this hotel. Was clean and comfortable. Was close to everything and friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

not the best premier inn we have stayed in room very hot carpets in corridors worn & dirty always got litter on them never saw them being vaccumed restuarnt was very slow on taking orders took over an hour and a half on first night for mains to come although restuarant only had a few people in menu was very limited too wouldnt stay here again

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. On arrival, easy book in. Room was so nice and spotlessly clean. Wonderful bed, nice and warm. So quiet, no banging of doors etc. Great central location. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast fab. Would definitely return.

My recent stay at Premier Inn was made truly memorable by the exceptional service provided by one staff member in particular, Phil. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was feeling distressed, but Phil's compassionate demeanor immediately put me at ease. Not only did he provide a warm welcome, but he also went above and beyond by offering me a complimentary drink, which was a thoughtful gesture that truly brightened my day. Phil's ability to turn a stressful situation into a positive experience highlights his exceptional customer service skills and reflects greatly on the Premier Inn brand. I cannot thank Phil enough for his kindness and professionalism during my stay. Also want to thank the other member of staff Callum who very polite and friendly.
