我們來柳州旅遊，我和朋友們第一次帶寶寶出門，沒有經驗，寶寶東西多收拾沒有收拾好，也是她自己本人粗心，可是一件寶寶睡袋很大，卻在酒店不翼而飛？酒店拾到寶寶的娃娃，娃娃跟睡袋是一起的，怎麼會不見，我朋友發現睡袋不見，前後檢查了自己東西三遍，又去了酒店前台詢問兩次，就説是沒有，説打了電話，我朋友也沒接到電話，看電話號
碼就不是我朋友的，我們在前台之前錄入身份證的時候就聽着她報了自己的手機號，通知的卻不是，説明酒店管理也存
在很大的漏洞。價格也貴了衞生條件不值那個價！信號差火隔音也差！

好的地方：小複式的設計，非常的舒適，床非常的軟，衞生間也很乾凈，沒有異味。因為酒店就在古鎮內，周圍是很安靜的，樓下也有很多美食，非常的便捷。
不好的地方：樓上的電視可以投屏，樓下的就不能了；衞生間內的打光以及化粧鏡對女生化粧來説不是很友好，完全看不清粧效；馬桶出水比較小。

服務態度非常好，環境絕佳，而且讓我們提前入住了，贊一個，沒有收按金、退房也很快捷，位置出門也方便打車，古鎮感覺都是小年輕晚上在玩，白天非常安靜，酒店的熱水太好了！

旁邊有停車場，旁邊是窯埠古鎮，環境非常好。有吃的，有江景看，離工業博物館也很近，如果是來柳州旅遊的話，建議可以住在這裏。非常不錯，如果你覺得價格合適的話。

本來是大床房 後來因為一些小問題酒店幫換了雙床房 房間很大 設施也很齊全乾凈 不過晚上的話有點噪音 住這裏很方便 有吃有喝的 不錯的入住體驗

酒店就在古鎮裏面，走路去江邊也就幾分鐘，晚上夜景還不錯，很多人租衣服拍照。有免費停車場，每次出門去前台報車牌號就可以，也有充電樁，自己掃碼付錢。停車場在B區25棟負二樓，我是自己打電話問的，建議酒店提前告知，還有房間配的牙刷，説實話真的巨難用，沒有嬰兒洗澡盆提供。其他都挺不錯的，每天配兩瓶水。離文廟這個景點挺近的。總體好評！

訂房的時候不小心沒選夠房間數，分開了兩個訂單...不想重複寫評論了...
反正總體來説挺滿意，值得推薦！再來還會考慮住這！
