My husband & I stayed here for a long weekend of snowboarding. It's located not far from the resorts. I was surprised that the hotel looked like the pictures online. Overall it was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a room with a king size bed that was so comfortable. The bathtub was large with jets and was so clean. The hotel only does maid service if you fill out a form and leave it on your door. Breakfast was unexpected and decent. There was an assortment of hot & cold items. I would definitely stay here again.

A few minutes drive from the town centre, next to the highway, but not noisy. The room is clean and tidy, I think the price is very high! The main thing is that there is a shared platform in front, you can watch the sunset from the lake view, and there are beautiful lights in the evening to sit and talk, if not too cold, haha.

This is where we stay when in the Petosky area, especially in the fall when we visit the Tunnel of the Trees. Michigan Inn and Lodge is very clean, the owners are very friendly. they even will arrange for a free haircut if you need one. Food is available and popcorn to take bake to your room when you watch TV. Overall a great place
