Desk Staff were matter of fact. Breakfast staff were excellent. Air conditioner very loud. Sock left under bed by previous guest. Otherwise facility very clean.

I used to stay here 30 years ago for business and loved the joint, they have expanded it over the years but it was very disappointing.

Fridge not working (impossible for mgt. to not know which rooms appliance are defective etc.). Assigned the most end room in the hall and accessible (which was not requested). Transferred us to another room - shower curtain is over over due for replacement and rod is broken etc. Rooms were obviously not inspected to standards. Breakfast procedure is unexplainable.

The property is a bit older, but it is clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The full breakfast was hot, fresh, and tasty.

We picked this hotel for a one night stay while driving through. It was the cheapest name brand hotel in the airport area. Arrived at approximately 6:30pm. The person at the front desk seems like she hated her job when interacting with me. I felt as though I was bothering her even though I was the only one checking in. She tried for almost 5 minutes to get me a key card. The hotel itself is really dated. The key card had to be inserted multiple times to get it to work. None of the ice machines (I checked 2 floors) were working. The room was just okay but it shows that it’s old and could probably use an update. Our reservation included 2 free breakdast but we had to ask for it from the rude desk lady. She’s not really approachable if you’re not a certain skin color. Yes, I said what I said. I have never experience anything like that in my travels until this stay. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future. The restaurant attached to the hotel was a let down. Don’t be fooled by what you see in the description.

If I could give negative stars I would. I booked 2 double beds for my family of 4. They gave us 1 double. My husband first went downstairs to ask for the room we booked and she said sorry we don’t have any rooms left. So then I went down and asked what they could do. Was there a different room with a couch at least. After pleading with them for 30 minutes she gave me keys to a different room. She said i had to change this room out earlier. So we tried that one. It was not cleaned. When we asked her to clean the room she said if the covers aren’t removed then it’s clean to our standards. During this time they gave away our other room and left us with no room for the night. It’s now almost 11pm and I have a toddler with no bed to sleep in. The staff should be fired!

The Desk staff and Restaurant/Bar staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The food at the bar was much better than I expect at a sports bar.

Room was not ready at 3m so we waited in the lobby till 3:30. Staff was impolite and rude. Room phone and to did not work
