Fijn hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Wel luidruchtig buiten het hotel omdat je aan de pinkstreet zit, maar dat kan je van te voren weten. Fijn verblijf gehad!

Hotel ligt in uitgaanswijk (Pink Street). Drukke straat maar erg gezellig en life muziek. Barretjes en restaurants Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Nadeel zijn 5 trappen, dus goede conditie is van belang. Geen lift. Vlak bij de zee en dichtbij centrum. Qua vervoer prima ligging.

Prima hotel, super uitgebreid ontbijt leuk in pink street met restaurants om de hoek. Beetje gehorig, maar daar heb ik geen last van gehad.

Ondanks vriendelijk personeel is het een verschrikkelijke klus om de bagage die hoge trappen op te sleuren naar een hoger gelegen verdieping. Er is geen lift, enkel trappen. Kamers zijn zeer klein, geen opbergruimte ! En wc en douche tegen het bed ! Het ergste is dat er 3 vreselijke bars ernaast liggen waar er tot 4 uur s ochtends wordt gefeest met heel veel lawaai. Dit doen we nooit meer !!

I was on a business trip for one night. This hotel has great location near the metro and train stations, beautiful decor on the room (although glass doors to the shower and the toilet, might be uncomfortable if travelling with someone else), friendly staff and very tasty breakfast. As cons the room smelled like mold, I would have been allowed to changed it only the next morning, since it was already “used” (fair enough, I did sit on a chair for an hour). Also the music coming from nearby clubs was a problem for me as a poor sleeper, even with earplugs you can’t block the bass with goes on until early morning.

Clean and convenient hotel. Easy check in and well priced. Bed and pillows very comfortable. In an extremely busy bar area which is good for young people- however walls are incredibly thin so could hear others coming home/throwing up in the early hours of the morning. Also no lift and we were on the fifth floor. Overall fine.

My room wasn't furnished with TV remote. Reported to reception and was told they would try to retrieve it from another room. Two hours later was told by receptionist on duty that no remote was available and would have to wait until the next morning. Told him I was checking out in the morning. The worse of all was the lack of empathy from the receptionist and his attitude. He just couldn't care less. Tried to talk to management this morning and approach wasn't much different. He said he was to busy to talk to me while shoving food down his throat. Not even a simple eye contact It beggars belief that this people manage to operate in the hospitality business. They can create a monster out of very solvable problems.

We stayed at three hotels while traveling through Portugal. 262 boutique had the most amazing staff and breakfast of them all. We can't wait to visit again in the future. Thank you!
