Simple hotel in Bario Alta. My room was on the fourth floor, simple and clean. There are some common spaces on the 1st and 3rd floors. Staff were helpful.
One great example of this is when I noticed I would arrive outside of their reception hours they provided me with the information to get into the building and my room key. Made for a smooth arrival.

It is located in bar area so it is pretty crowd at night. I have stayed here for 4 nights but unfortunately their hot water wasn’t working for 2 nights. No compensation afterwards. Staff are friendly and breakfast are nice so will still leave a decent rate. Stairs only by the way, and the top floor is 4th floor.

Fatal, el check- out era a las 12:00 y dijeron que tenía que salir de la habitación a las 8:00 AM porque tenían que hacer la limpieza y el personal te despierta de mala manera
La recepción muy mala , no había gente para recibir los huésped, mala comunicación los baños todos sucios

入口が分かりにくく、近くの人に聞き、教えて頂きました。サインもないのでちょっと困りました。
エレベーター無しの最上階は辛かったですが、スタッフはフレンドリー、共用バストイレは清潔で広く、ロケーションも最高なので、また次回も泊まりたいです。

This hostel is sooo great! The staff are so lovely and you get a huge free breakfast with everything you could want from pancakes to eggs to yogurt and salad! It's so close to everything (manteigeria for the best pastel de nata in the city is 1 minute walk away) and all the bars are nearby in bairro alto so you dont have to walk far to get home after some beers :D Everything is perfectly clean too!

My towel was very wet and only one change in a week because I asked them. In.second the 1st of juanary no one breakfast in the morning ( 9h15 ). No one service for cleaning in my room during one week.

Cleanliness: 100%
The cleanliness at the hostel is excellent.
However, the breakfast is very limited. Instead of a buffet, two staff members will prepare a breakfast plate for you; that’s it. It’s important not to set high expectations for the breakfast.
It would be great if there were closets in the rooms to store bags and hang clothes.
Overall, a clean and well-maintained hostel, though improvements in the breakfast offering and room amenities like closets would be appreciated.
