Location: Very easily accessible to major landmarks in Lisbon.
Transportation: Trams and buses are easily available and within walking distance from the hotel
Service: Staffs are polite and helpful. They assist me when i lost my room keys.
Room: the room is of reasonable size. Basic amenities (minibar, tv, toiletries, towels) are available in the room. The room has a rose fragrance.
Food: There is a Japanese restaurant at the hotel. Breakfast is available with a reasonable price

位置很棒，早餐好吃，房間很滿意，房間飲料都可以盡情享用，走5分鐘有超市，可以走到升降梯和購物街，前台服務好

非常漂亮的酒店，建在非常漂的位置上！坐在房間裏就能看到美麗的老城，餐廳和食品也非常棒，工作人員熱情，整體感覺很棒，令人難忘！

酒店房間很好，裝修很新，前台的咖啡糖也很好吃。設施不錯，美中不足就是沒有風景。酒店是專門為女性設計的。酒店就在老城，位置很好。

航班原因改期，不能退，攜程溝通後同意改期，再訂時又説領導不在，達成的改期協議不認了。這樣做，無商業信譽。500買個教訓，這種畢竟是少數。在當地停留了八天，住了三家，都還不錯。

酒店人員態度友善 酒店房間清潔舒適，而且寬敞 加上早餐是自助早餐 價錢十分親民 而且在水準之上 非常建議來里斯本的朋友到這間酒店 享受不一樣的旅程

房間結構不好，空間狹窄。配套設施少，性價比不高，四星的價格，三星的水準。優勢：酒店的位置很好，大多景點都可以步行到達。
