I really enjoyed my stay here, the location, breakfast, the reception service is just second to none 😊👌
I was only disappointed because I didn't have a balcony as I saw when I was booking and maybe it's better to have a fridge refilled with water and couple of drinks which customers can pay for at the end of the stay.
But otherwise I really enjoyed my stay at this IBIS hotel🩷🩷🥂

The hotel is just 300 meters from 2 lines metro station, and near many bus stops. Red sightseeing bus is just a short walk from here. Hotel room is good, clean, with air conditioner. Wifi access throughout the building. No kettle inside the room. Breakfast spread is ok.

里斯本這家宜必思酒店就在市中心，位置很方便，酒店附近就有各種餐廳，旁邊還有一個韓國料理店，酒店房間環境也很清新，很乾凈，房間也是簡潔乾淨，早餐不錯，環境也很好，像咖啡廳，正是因為早餐環境不錯，我用手機本來想拍個視頻，結果被一個在餐廳吃飯的美國人，用很嚴厲甚至兇狠的語氣告知我，不可以錄像，噼裏啪啦對着我説了很多，好像意思就是我錄像侵害了客人的肖像還是啥的，我也當著他的麪把視頻刪除了，並説了對不起，但那個死胖子老外，估計看我一個人、有點想欺負我的感覺，三番五次的來到我餐桌前，警告我，氣的我，飯也沒吃好，剛到葡萄牙里斯本第二天就被影響了心情，然後我就會房間休息，正在我休息的時候，有人敲門，我以為是要來打掃衞生的，開門後，一個黑人女的手裡拿着手機在通話，看到我開門後很驚訝，什麼也不説就離開了，我還用英語問：what‘s up？她並沒有回覆我，我很納悶，關上房門後，越想越不對，越想越把這個黑熱嗎和早上那個一遍遍騷擾我的白人死胖子聯繫到一起，以為是那個白人死胖子讓這個黑人女的來看看我在不在房間，不知道要對我做什麼，然後我越想越害怕，渾身都在發抖，因為還有一晚的訂單，我如果退房就會損失一晚住宿，我就給攜程酒店管家打電話聯繫，也特別感謝幫我去做申請的管家小斌，安撫我的情緒，讓我保護好自己，他去幫我和酒店溝通，最後，酒店大堂經理給我打來電話，我們在酒店大堂碰面，用翻譯軟件溝通整件事的來龍去脈，酒店經理告訴我，敲門的是他們的工作人員，來確認房間是不是空房，他們每天都會對房間進行確認，但敲門看到客人走掉，確實是他們沒有做好、給我帶來了驚嚇，表示歉意，如果我執意要退房，也可以批准，但是要扣50%的房費，我和他説，我並不是真的想離開，衹是剛才感到很不安，有點害怕，現在你告訴我，敲門的是你們的工作人員，那我就放心了一點，但我説我不退房了，但能不能給我換個房間，因為我怕被那個白人死胖子再騷擾，那個經理説沒問題、不衹給我換了房間，還同時還給我升級了房型，這個前台經理真的工作態度特別好，對我的遭遇很理解，我英文不好，也沒有不耐煩，全程都在和我表示歉意，對最後給我的處理結果我很滿意 ，同時，我也特別感謝攜程酒店管家小斌，在我特別無助的時候給予的温暖和幫助，謝謝你們。如果代理商可以看到這條點評，一定要幫我寫一封英文感謝郵件謝謝那個前台經理。

Lovely hotel, with really nice staff, and in an area that is easily accessible but outside of the immediate hustle. The staff is very kind and willing to help with any reasonable request.

I like the location to Metro station Parque, dislike to elevator to the ground level. Shower pressure is good, room size is fair, a small coffee machine would be nice, also a lot more hangers are required

Super clean and modern. They had tea and Portuguese tarts available as well as fresh fruit. Nice hotel enjoyed our stay there.

The staff are fantastic and will help you with whatever you need. The rooms are a tad on the small and spartan side, but it's not a 5* you're paying for.
If you've got noisy neighbours, you might hear them. But beyond that? It's a good place, on a quick line straight into Lisbon. What's not to love?
