Friendly, professional and helpful staff helped with initial issues upon late arrival at WC Beautique - spa hotel. The room was smelly due to smoke and we weren’t given the correct beds for my mom and I. However- they kindly sorted it out by having us stay at their larger hotel across the street. Room had cost beds and modern amenities. Breakfast buffet is simple yet delightful. Location is not far from airport but not in the best area- maybe gentrifying. I’d recommend it.

El hotel es muy bonito y está muy cuidado.El personal que nos hizo el cheking muy amable . Cuando llegamos por la tarde nos asignaron la habitación y olía mucho a tabaco . Nos cambiaron de habitación era la única que quedaba y nos dieron una con camas single juntas por una colcha . A la hora de dormir era muy incómodo porque se notaba el hueco de la cama . Yo había pagado por una doble así que no estoy muy contenta .

酒店非常漂亮，內部裝飾精緻奢華，房間乾淨衞生，交通也非常便利，出門就有好幾輛公交車站，前台的小姐姐們很熱情。

La habitación es amplia pero no es cómoda. Al estar ubicada la cama que es redonda en semicírculo pegada al ventanal, sólo tenía una mesita del lado izquierdo, del lado derecho duermes pegada a las cortinas, no hay espacio entre la cama y la pared. La cama tampoco tiene cabezal por lo que continuamente se caían las almohadas hacia atrás. Se hecha en falta cajones, el armario tampoco es cómodo. Lo que sí es cómodo es la zona del baño, separados entre si el wáter y la ducha, que es amplia y además como cortesía tienes gel, shampoo y suavizante, además de crema corporal, todo de buena calidad. Simplemente es un hotel diferente, con el lema del baño; el personal del mostrador te reciben en albornoz, es curioso y el desayuno realmente bueno, de calidad y la atención del personal es excelente.

離地鐵站很近，但那一站好像沒有電梯，所以如果要扛大行李會有點辛苦，退房那天剛好遇到罷工，所以直接叫Uber，因為我們是兩個人，所以搭Uber也沒有比較貴，服務人員超親切，豪華房view很好！躺在床上可以直接看到開過去的28號電車。
