酒店地理位置優越，在大劇院對過，左前方就是博物館和科技館，右前方就是五洲湖，白天忙完晚上可以去湖邊玩玩，還可以去沂河邊去電視塔看看。在這個店住了兩天了，環境很好，設施齊全，前台小姐姐服務態度很好，很周到，介紹周邊吃飯的地方很多，房間也很乾凈，客房服務也很及時，我經常出差，對這個酒店最滿意，強烈推薦入住

前台服務特別好，態度好，環境好，整體風格非常好看，房間也很乾凈，設施好，還有洗衣房，非常方便，位置特別好，離大劇院很近，離沂河也特別近。總之入住極其完美，點贊，嘎嘎好👍

距離大劇院非常近，就在馬路對面。周邊的商業體也很完善，有兩家甜品店很好吃。
房間很大，床睡着也舒服。點外賣也很便利。
前台服務熱情，有求必應。

如果是安排了臨沂大劇院or臨沂市博物館的行程，選擇這家酒店真的太太太方便了！因為要在臨沂大劇院看舞劇《永和九年》，所以定了這家，過個馬路溜達5分鐘就到了劇院門口，7點鐘下樓去劇院取票都完全來得及！
演出結束回到酒店，等電梯的時候還遇到了參演舞劇的兩位舞蹈演員（兩個小姐姐還沒卸粧，一眼就認了出來），原來舞劇劇組的演員也住在這裏！簡單聊了兩句，出電梯的時候我們還互道了晚安（奇妙的遇見！）
第二天逛完臨沂市博物館，再回到酒店前台取行李，行程非常順！
房間很舒服，標準化酒店一應俱全的設施和穩定的品質，對於不想接受“非標住宿、驚喜（嚇）服務”的旅行者來説，實在是加分項。PS：工作人員也非常專業熱情。
PS：酒店步行範圍內各種吃喝玩樂小店都很多，有一家“臨沂活版工房”的做letter press的小店可以買明信片蓋章~以這家維也納酒店為圓心，可以實現從早到晚的吃喝玩樂看演出一條龍行程。
