應該是五一假期的原因，人多滿房，接待耗費了一定的精力，但這絕不是降低服務態度的理由。從入住開始所有人員全程無笑臉，晚上去前台要小朋友的拖鞋，跟我説衹有大人的，合著你們和北城新區的不是一路？這個也就算了，小朋友身上有汗放在大廳五分鐘自己上車拿東西，小朋友看錯人着急哭了，三個前台沒有一個有反應的，這是在任何一個這個價位沒遇見過的服務，如果不是因為馬拉松八百年也不會來這一次的。除了環境，一無是處。

1. 晚上入住給我個無障礙房間，和我定的完全不一樣，前台經理還説除了多了兩個不銹鋼把手其他都一樣。那沒有乾濕分離和網上預訂圖片就完全不一樣了呀，澡都沒敢洗，怕弄得整個衞生間都是水，半夜叫服務估計這覺是不用睡了
2. 早餐讓我九點以後再去吃説人多，十點結束。餐廳門口工作人員説我的房號早餐吃過了，問我怎麼回事？我應該沒辦法幫你梳理流程問題，我猜是工作人員違規沒看房卡，這種問法也比較少見
3. 衞生情況和設施堪憂。枕頭有明顯污漬，還有另一張床床單下有好幾根頭髮都透出來了，餐廳地面不打掃好臟
4. 餐廳內工作人員問題，餐廳煮麪和餛飩是在室內留個窗口，有點像大學食堂，但是她這個工作間是比餐廳高出一點+衹留半個窗口，所以你看不到服務人員衹能低下頭説話，然後那個乘着麪的碗吭哧就砸在窗台上飛濺出熱湯，看你運氣能不能被濺到眼睛。我要的餛飩不給我加麪湯，我要的麪想配鹵子給我加了麪湯，主打一個該給的不給不該給的就給。問她就説忘了。早餐基本炸的多
5.隔音巨差，是巨差。我可以理解智選會弱點但是沒想到左邊房間要去喝茶時間地點還有右邊房間微信鈴聲和放東西小孩説的話我都聽的一清二楚，是一字不差都能聽到，這得多差的隔音。
6.停車場地下入口是個180度的狹窄轉彎，車子長一點一次根本進不去，導航不夠準確找不到外圍入口，進入外圍下地下標誌不明顯
7.等電梯基本需要5分鐘起，三部梯，不管是晚上入住還是吃早飯，回房，退房，等電梯很慢

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳佈局簡約時尚，環境很好，一樓後面有個後花園，園林景色很不錯，前台Ella Wang,rainbow服務熱情，還給升級了北面可以看到部分河景的房間。辦理入住快，房間的衞生乾淨整潔，床墊軟硬適中，客房服務員熱情，主動打招呼，早餐也不錯！停車場很大，地上地下都有車位。總而言之對我經常出差人來説，就已經很不錯！！

酒店房間非常乾淨舒適，服務極佳，特別是前台許諾，孫一鳴兩位工作人員服務非常好，幫忙解決了很多問題，急顧客之所急。出行便利，看沂河的角度很絕，看臨沂夜景無敵

房間乾淨整潔，許諾小美女微笑甜美，服務熱情！問詢問題很耐心解答！交通也很方便，環境不錯，出門就是沂河，晚上可以去沂河邊散步！真的很不錯的哦！下次來大美臨沂還會選擇這家酒店！

房間乾淨整潔，坐在沙發上可以看到窗外的沂河景色！前台Lucky小姐姐服務熱情，周到，早餐還可以！主要有臨沂特色現烙的煎餅特別好吃！整體來説不錯！👍🏻👍🏻

臨沂這家holiday inn服務非常的親切，我下點訂單後酒店前台工作人員會主動聯繫告知酒店周邊正在裝修，和停車問題，在我到到達酒店後在前台辦理入住的服務人員Lucy服務特別好還給免費升級了一個河景房，第二天去用早餐，早餐還可以沒有那麼豐富，該有的都有臨沂特色的糝，和手工煎餅。
