Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, BWI Airport (Baltimore), MD

Ik arriveerde rond 23:40 uur bij BWI en haastte me om de shuttle van het hotel te bellen, omdat ze me eerder hadden verteld dat als ik niet voor middernacht belde, ik alleen zijn om een lift naar het hotel te krijgen. Ik was gestrest omdat het de eerste keer was dat ik ooit alleen reisde. Ik belde ze om 23:50 uur whew! maar genoeg tijd vóór 12.00 uur. Dus ik dacht, eerst zetten ze me in de wacht... dan hing op, volgende oproep... Geen antwoord en hing op. Nu ben ik aan het spetteren. Eindelijk zal er een shuttle zijn over ...15-20 minuten huhhhh?? dus daar sta ik alleen om middernacht alleen (een 55-jarige vrouw) een half uur gaat voorbij. . . Ik bel het hotel opnieuw en het is niet gemakkelijk voor iemand om te antwoorden. Oh, de shuttle raakte vol, kreeg ik te horen, dus ze moeten er nog een sturen, ECHT dus nog 15 minuten zonder shuttle, een half uur later zie ik de shuttle, hier komt hij .... en vliegt vlak langs me terwijl ik STOP schreeuw! ze gaat rond, 10 minuten later is ze eindelijk hier om 01:15 uur en zegt dan dat ze er is geweest. ze vertelden haar DOOR 15 Ik zei dat ik bij was LOCATIE 15. Gek voordat ik zelfs maar bij het hotel aankwam, eenmaal daar..een koelbox vol frisdrank om te kopen en niet één DIEET-frisdrank..Ik ga naar bed. Geen deken? alleen lakens Ik had het koud, dus ik ging naar de receptie om een deken te vragen. Sorry dat ze opgesloten zitten, hier zijn nog wat lakens. In alle eerlijkheid leken ze erg kort bemand te zijn. en de kamer was schoon maar niet de prijs waard

I do not know where to begin. It was the worst experience I ever had as a customer who is just looking to check into a hotel that I have booked. First, I arrived at the hotel around 7 PM EST. There I went to the front desk where I was supposed to check in without any problem. Instead, lady in the front desk told me that my reservation was cancelled due to my card being declined. But also that they do not have any more rooms left? Are you kidding? Let me tell you this. I have never received any notification from Trip app nor got any email about issue with card. And when I checked my bank account it literally shows that purchase was not pending but completed. I work at a credit card agency so I should know this better. When I showed the lady in the front that my card was charged with no issue and never refunded or declined she decides to call someone and comes back saying she DOES have a room? Like how does this make sense? So they magically make rooms be available? I have a gut feeling that she was being racist against us (Asian) thinking that as travellers we can't speak English well and does not know alot of how things are like in US. Hey guess what? I've been living in the US for more than 17 years haha. That was the worst experience of my life hope no one else gets treated this way.

Amazing experience, very clean and perfect hotel for anyone. The front desk people were amazing and very helpful!

We chose the property by its location, shuttle service to BWI, and positive experiences at other Radisson properties. Radisson properties have nice furnishings and finishes that are welcoming and clean. The service from the Front Desk was superlative! When faced with a late-arriving shuttle driver and 6 traveling patrons who had early flights to catch, the manager was courteous, friendly, and reassuring. She made a point of contacting the driver when it seemed he should truly have already arrived. She never shared the issue-- to uphold the driver's credibility, but all was quickly resolved, and all arrived at the airport in good time. We tipped the driver ($40 total) so that he could truly know his service was appreciated, needed, and valued even when early calls affect his lifestyle, cost him gas, etc., to be there!

It was a very nice, clean, and aesthetic hotel with great rooms and comfortable beds. All of the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Lori and Kimberlee (not sure if I spelled their names correctly). The hot breakfast was very good, and it was fun to meet lively and friendly people at breakfast.

Great costumer service. Rooms could be more upgraded but still comfortable. Great shuttle service to and from airport. Great breakfast options as well.

Booked 2 queens and they did not have it available. Did give us a king suite but they couldn’t find a blanket for the sofa bed. Fan was also broken on heating system.

Comfortable, reasonably priced, excellent shuttle to and from airport. Breakfast was OK, nothing special but it did have hot options.

Quick over night to catch flight in am. Staff was friendly & clean. Convenient that Chili's is next door & walkable.
