前台服務熱情，第一天住，房間自己感覺有點吵鬧，給前台一講，第二天就給換了，非常感謝。酒店位置很好，50米就是到銀川的城際公交，也有到銀川，寶豐的拼車，門口廣場吃飯很方便

酒店位置明顯，出行方便。
酒店沒有早餐，周圍餐飲較多。
房間設施有點舊，燈光昏暗。
前台服務人員態度很好。

10年前經常過來住，原來是很好的酒店，現在真的是沒法形容了，裝修舊沒關係，可是衞生實在太差了，差評！！！！

酒店裝修豪華大氣；位置處於中心地段，交通方便；價格便宜實惠；服務體貼周到，細緻入微；房間設備完善，乾淨整潔；退房還送了禮品，讓我驚喜，停車也很方便，想買的東西出門就有，省了不少時間。五星好評

房間乾淨，設備完善，交通便利，服務真是好的沒得説！本來退房已經離開了，前台打電話説首飾沒拿，讓過去拿，我説過不去，她們説給快遞郵過去，讓我瞬間感覺窩心，工作細緻入微，這種拾金不昧的品質提升了整個酒店的格局，這樣的酒店不火誰火呢！以後就住你們家了。

房子一般，畢竟這個價格放着，比較陳舊，我們也就是趕路，隨便一宿，吃飯還可以，都靠着路，比較方便的，總體還行

陳舊，設施不全，電話無連線，燒水的壺找不到，頭一次見到這個配置，總的來説不是很適合商務出差住宿
