The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful when my TV wasn't working. He tried to fix it and then booked me into another room immediately.

Nice, clean, well kept hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Neighborhood is equally as tidy. Breakfast included basics and proteins (eggs,sausage). Room size was great. Frig and microwave are helpful additions to standard room. Bed comfort could be improved with better, loftier pillows, softer surface, and higher quality sheets.

Our stay was awesome. The room was clean and well stocked, but the elevators both nights we were there had food crushed all over the floor and sticky substances on the buttons. There were also dozens of kids and as a couple there to relax away from kids, it was a bit of a bummer. I wish I had been informed that there were multiple basketball tournaments in the area when I’d called ahead of time to verify my reservation as I would have stayed at a sister property.

Brand new hotel. Unfortunately poor construction. You can hear everything. Other rooms using restrooms? You’ll hear it. Foot steps? You’ll hear it.
Overall, great staff, nice pool. But. If you welcome a quiet stay, do not stay here.

I did not care for the extra $ that you had to pay to check in early. It was Christmas Eve. It was 2pm and check in was 3pm and it was snowing. The lady behind the desk was so pleasant though, and I paid it. Would not do that again had it not been Christmas.
