No one manning the front desk homeless people hanging around in lobby lots of cigarette smoking and smell in room. Unprofessional service

I checked in while very tired after a long day of work and a long drive. The #102 room was large, clean and had a fridge, microwave and new air conditioner. There was a grocery store across the street. Even if I had not been tired, it was still fine for a great night's sleep. I had a snack from the lobby ("light continental breakfast").

No TP. No towels. Eyes started watering once I entered room. Opened window but that did not help. Could not sleep because of eyes. Left and went to a Motel 6 down the road to get a good nights sleep. They need some serious ozone generators to clean up this place. It would have been a cool old motel if the air was better.

The room was fine. It was the fact that we had to climb 2 sets of stairs. This was net mentioned in the ******* ad. There were NO accommodations for disabilities whatsoever! This needs to be crystal clear in their ad. Again the room was clean and comfortable. It is an older rooming house vs a motel. A picture of the outside would be good.

HORRIBLE. We get there and the lady that works there had a family emergency so her daughter is covering the desk. Her daughter doesn’t work there, doesn’t know how to do anything. She says they don’t accept ******* reservations and don’t have a room. We went to ******* for a refund - nope! It’s through the property. We ask the property for a refund - nope! We don’t accept ******* reservations so we have no prod of payment. Just wow.
