My husband and I had a great stay. The staff are so kind and sweet. The breakfast was great . Also the room was very clean and very quite. The beds are very comfortable.. The only thing that did wake me up was when the train would blow that horn. Other then that we had a really great stay. We will definitely go back but just get a room away from the train horn so it's not loud.lol. Thank you guys for a great stay.

Overall the place was pretty good. Only bad i found was that the AC unit in the room kinda loud.

Traveling on Christmas Day. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh.

It was ok....not at all like the Fairfield Inn we stayed at in Anderson, IN.
Lower quality here. Also, toilet seat fell off.

Homeless waled in wanting food and drink places. Hotel back doors unlocked. Elevator broke. Stuck on second floor. Needed walker. Difficult to get down stairs.

The gentleman at the front desk was top notch....pleasant, cheerful, helpful, polite, overall made our stay enjoyable. We wanted to tip him but he said he couldn't accept it. Unfortunately we failed to get his name !

It was an average property and the night clerk stated there would be a incidents to cover the room. However, it was a parking fee charge and that wasn't stated when we checked in, and only found out after we checked out about the parking fees.

Cable in room did not work, shower plumbing mad high pitch noises and hallway was noisey, im addition secondary to some type of glitch I was charged twice for the stay the reimbursement has not occurred
