Kamers tof ingericht en aangenaam. Zeer praktisch dat je de hele nacht lang kan inchecken. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

The hotel was great and I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Lille. It is super close to the Eurostar station and also a short walk into town. The hotel was clean and the staff really helpful

Hotel design récent bien situé en centre ville à deux pas de la gare.
Chambre spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Bar avec terrasse, beau restaurant dans l'hôtel.
Idéal pour un week-end dans la capitale des Flandres.

Perfecte locatie op wandelafstand van station. euralille is aan de overkant, en stad is op 5 min stappen. Ook goed en lekker ontbijt. Was al lang geleden zo een fijn hotel. En een deftige tv op kamer! De douche gaf heerlijk warmwater met knop voor aan/uit. Eens anders.

Wij hadden voor onze road trip door Frankrijk meerdere hotels geboekt. Door de stakingen / brandstof schaarste moesten we onze plannen wijzigen en dit hotel heeft zeer coulant zonder kosten de boeking geannuleerd. Als we volgend jaar onze road trip naar Frankrijk wel door kunnen laten gaan boeken we zeker weer bij dit hotel!

- tof hotel met een aparte stijl en concept. - veel branding en merchandising - leuke kamers - jammer genoeg niet heel rustig door een feestje in de bar tot 1 uur 's nachts - vriendelijke bediening aan de receptie - weliswaar een zeer krappe parking om in e uit te rijden

Super tof hotel. Super hip en toffe sfeer! Een heel leuk concept dat tot in de puntjes uitgewerkt is. Heel gezellige bar/restaurant. Behulpzaam personeel en heel vriendelijk. Qua ligging is het ook top, super dicht bij het centrum. Gemakkelijke parking.

We had a horrible experience with Mama Shelter Lille. We got stranded in Lille so booked last minute, which was only possible through *********** with prepayment. When we arrived late in the evening with our children it turned out there was a very loud dance party going on in the hotel, reception area and bar. Our rooms would be just above this. One member of reception staff laughed with us for being so stupid to prepay, said there was nothing to be done, and continued chewing gum and slopping on his chair, smirking and oggling the party-goers. It was like standing with the children and our bags in a very loud and sleezy night club, and I stood there for an hour with the basses banging on my ears while his colleague did try to fix things, but he couldn't contact anyone from the hotel or do anything or wasn't allowed to do anything at all, except in the end find us another hotel because by then it was after midnight and I couldn't book anything else anymore. Tried to call them several times today about my refund, but no one picked up the phone. If you want to try sleeping in a loud night club with funky furniture, this is your place. If not, or if you are traveling with children, best to stay away. It's not for you. Wish we knew. I am still trying to get my money back...
