Super clean and chill hotel, the rooms are spacious and cost. The hotel is situated on a quiet street but at the same time close to busy streets. I think the location is just perfect! They have a wonderful tearoom for sunrise watching!

We were staying in Xiyun Academy Inn for 4 nights. The staffs were very kind and helpful. The room is very good with very nice decoration. Hotel location is quite convenient. There is a good view from the tea room to the old city of Lijang. I would recommend this place to everyone.

This is a really beautiful hotel. It’s located at the top of the old town. It oozes tranquility and calm. The people running it are kind and helpful. The breakfast is Chinese style but ok. Would definitely come back.

Staying at this hotel was a sensory delight from start to finish. Waking up to the refreshing scent of the surrounding area was a perfect way to begin each day. The location, perched at the pinnacle of Lijiang Old Town, offered unparalleled views and easy access to all the attractions. What truly set this stay apart was the impeccable customer service provided by Xiao Fu. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor enhanced the overall experience. However, the only downside was the faulty shower in the bathroom, which could benefit from improvement. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its a**osphere, location, and exceptional service.

The location was very good and the place was super nicely decorated and even had a great view of the ancient town. Great stay for us! Host was very friendly :)

Love the hotel very much. The best hotel we have stayed during the trip. Feel like in a art gallery instead of a hotel. The interior is superb. Location in Lijiang ancient town yet convenient to access by car, near to the road. The breakfast offered in was great too. Mr Hsu service was great and helpful.

If you ever came across this review, no need to think twice and book it this instant! A top tier hotel rooms in an ancient Chinese building setting, what else do you need? The room and bathroom is very spacious and clean, they even replaced the dental kit everyday, the receptionist always tried their best to help you despite the language barrier and the best part is they arranged free airport transfer for us to Lijiang Airport! We had a very comfy sleep through our stay and a little walk outside you can already view Yulong directly.
