The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting lijiang

Our stay in the aromatic hotel was absolutely amazing! I will definitely be coming back here! It is perched on the bottom of the mountain and is incredibly serene. Truely a gem that is tucked away from all the busy hustle of the city. Highly recommend!

A lovey central yet quiet place to stay in beautiful Yuhu Village. The staff are a little fresh but helpful. The rooms are comfortable and shower water pressure is good. Breakfast seating area could be improved as it was a little cramped. Also no coffee/tea was provided. Overall would still recommend as the living conditions were great.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, unique architecture, centrally located. It was very special to wale up to the sound of birds and the wind from Yulong snow mountain. Beautiful view of the sunset / sunrise over Yuhu village and mountains!

「 HI TEA 」雪山觀景下午茶: 可以在二樓看雪山喝下午茶真的是很享受的事情，飲品豐富而且都是非常適合女孩紙的，酒店真的很用心
「休閑」納西圍爐煮茶:晚上的時候大家坐在一起閑聊真的很愜意。喝喝茶，吃點烤紅薯🍠
服務：服務真的真的很好，前台微信真的是秒回那種，有求必應那種，尤其是兩個小哥即年輕帥氣又風趣幽默又熱情大方，還有兩個小姐姐也是温温柔柔的很細心，而且他們的工作氛圍真的和諧很棒👍
設施：有智能管家，而且配置的洗漱用品都還挺不錯，拖鞋也很舒服，點贊點贊。哈哈哈哈
環境：很喜歡酒店的風格，尤其是打工小貓貓軟軟的糯糯的，不要太愛呀~
總之就是很愉快的一次旅行，尤其是胡歌小哥哥還帶我們去採摘松子，就是上山又是爬樹。必須給他點贊！下次來玉湖村必須還定他們家的酒店！在這樣的環境怎麼會不開心呢！

相比較大理，我更喜歡麗江～ 喜歡玉湖村夜晚的靜謐，人美景美心情美～民宿的小姐姐小哥哥怎麼都那麼親切，真的有種回一個家的感覺，每次再回憶起麗江，一定會提到瑞息。早晨睡飽起床，一推門，雨過天晴的驚喜，望到雪山的震撼，都讓我好愛這個地方。

服務很好，會幫我們接送行李，提醒我們喝下午茶，酒店真的很好看，早餐也好吃，晚上睡覺還有水暖袋，二樓做咖啡的陳冠希小哥哥，謝謝你的咖啡哈哈。

這是一家滿足友友們所有森系幻想的設計酒店，房屋風格和裝飾非常個性且治癒，任何一個角落都可以凹造型拍照！待在店裡哪也不去，都像是逛了一個景區。
店裡的仙女帥哥們熱情好客貼心，而且每個人的性格都很棒，喜歡一起聊天，非常有梗。
店裡有貓咪，性格各異，還有軟軟的性格超好營業超主動的小藍貓。
最後是……真的是投喂和活動模式全面開啟，採摘、下午茶、煮茶、圍爐……無時無刻不在投喂。
微信小羣裏，每個時間節點都會有温馨提示，讓客人出行無憂。
總之，下次來還會鎖定這家店，小夥伴們，放心沖！！！

酒店免費升級了房型，很滿意，有落地窗可以直接看到雪山，在自己房間坐坐也非常舒服，酒店很有設計感。酒店的服務人員都非常好，包括那衹灰色貓貓員工也很好rua，巨可愛，脾氣特別好，毛毛特別舒服～
