New and clean hotel. Freindly staff ,good location ,delicious breakfast. Recommend old town view room which is worth to pay for.

Stayed at FINAI for 3 nights during my trip to Lijiang and it was amazing! The staff called me one night before and offered a free airport pickup service. They were extremely attentive throughout the trip and replied almost instantly on WeChat for any questions I had. The room was big and clean and had a great view of Lijiang Old Town. The amenities provided were sufficient and of good quality. It is only a stone’s throw from both the airport bus station and the entrance to the Old Town with many food options available. Highly recommend FINAI to anyone who’s visiting Lijiang Old Town!

I love to stay at FINAI because good staffs especially Rita , good room ( Hotel upgrade room for us to see panoramic view of ancient town, Location only 100 m. walk to big water wheels. The restaurant is excellent view too. Highly recommended to all guests

Great service by 程程 from front desk. I booked a double bed by accident and she upgraded us to a king room. She also helped to guide us what to eat in the old town, where’s the best locations to 打卡. She knew we went for dinner at one of her recommends, and called the owner to offer us welcome drinks. Best of all, for those who doesn’t know that the didi (ride hailing) rides can’t squeeze in 2 big luggages, she helped us booked a bigger car at a much better price than didi, and with ample space. Room is warm (which is very essential in freezing months), though the safe box doesn’t work (but didn’t matter to me). At the time of writing, they are offering complimentary afternoon tea set for 2, and another lounge set for couple. Great value and service. 赞👍

看的見風景的早餐廳&優雅的下午茶🍵 -房間裝修的很新🆕可以看到古城 -酒店大堂門口的院子可以停車🅿️自駕或出租車🚕進來很方便，不用自己拖行李🧳走古城的石板路 -酒店位置很好👌🏻就在古城北門邊，晚上去大水車&酒吧街&四方街走路幾分鐘就到了 -謝謝前台納西族小姐姐給我準備的洗漱禮包，還有做的房間升級，下次再來 -酒店邊有2家餐廳不錯:隔壁老王（飯店）&納西四道菜食府（價格實惠菜好吃😋順着坡向下⬇️走過了古城門/在公交站邊上，最後一圖是她家招牌→）

帶父母一起出遊定了兩個房間，住了三天，管家和前台都非常熱情，有求必應，酒店住着也很舒服，特別是吃早餐時還能欣賞着麗江古城的美景，酒店米線很好吃，有自己停車場，自駕停車非常方便，麗江很美，自駕七百公里不虛此行。退房時還特意送了伴手禮，很是用心。

非常不錯的入住體驗，從房間窗户往外看就是古城，就算是在房間裏也可以欣賞到古城的夜景。餐廳也是非常不錯的一個觀景台可以非常清晰的看到整個麗江古城，逛了一天回來在餐廳找了個地方看夜景，真的驚艷到我了！！！

跟朋友一起出遊，訂了一個標間，一向認床的我，既然睡得格外舒適，四樓餐廳還可以看古城全景，步行就可以到古城，酒店還可以停車，出行便利。麗江這兩天氣温較低，房間配有空調，前台服務熱情專業，基本都是有求必應，下次會帶家人來住。

在網上看見這家酒店，抱着試試看的心態訂了一個房間，房間還有一個小庭院，好適合麗江這種慢節奏的生活，前台服務熱情，給我推薦了附近的美食店，四樓還有一個觀景平台，可以俯瞰古城，酒店配的下午茶也不錯，女朋友非常滿意，拍了美美的照片，先去一趟瀘沽湖，回來再續住他們家。
