Nov. 21 Flat, Terrasse und 3 Schlafz. gebucht -confirmed. 2 Tage vor Ankunft ohne Gründe kleineres Apartment gleicher Preis zugeteilt. Dreckig, Dusche, Rolladen und Lichtschalter def. zugesagte Entschädigung kam nicht. No Reaktion!

The German version is below. The apartment is nothing like what is advertised in the pictures on ***********. The sofa is filthy and has slits in it, as does one of the chairs. There are holes in the doors from apparently violent blows, a number of walls and the dinner table have stains on them. The kitchen cupboards were smeared with something resembling oil. Overall: quite disgusting. I got into contact with Smartflats immediately that I would not stay there with my family and demanded a refund. Until 4-5 telephone calls through a call center, they claimed that the responsibility for a refund lies with the ***********, which was later confirmed to be a lie by ***********. So I paid for something that was not what was promised and which I did not even accept to use. Quite a bad deal. I am still in the process of writing e-mails back and forth with Smartflats and ***********. Long story short: avoid the flat and Smartflats. Die Wohnung ist nicht das, was auf den Bildern auf *********** beworben wird. Das Sofa ist schmutzig und hat Schlitze, ebenso einer der Stühle. Es gibt Löcher in den Türen von offensichtlich heftigen Schlägen, einige Wände und der Esstisch haben Flecken. Die Küchenschränke waren mit etwas verschmiert, das wie Öl aussah. Insgesamt: ziemlich ekelhaft. Ich habe mich sofort mit Smartflats in Verbindung gesetzt, dass ich dort nicht mit meiner Familie übernachten würde und forderte eine Rückerstattung. Nach 4-5 Telefonaten über ein Callcenter behaupteten sie, dass die Verantwortung für eine Rückerstattung bei *********** liegt, was sich später durch *********** als Lüge herausstellte. Ich habe also für etwas bezahlt, das nicht das war, was versprochen wurde, und das ich nicht einmal in Anspruch genommen habe. Ein ziemlich schlechtes Geschäft. Ich bin immer noch dabei, E-Mails mit Smartflats und *********** hin und her zu schreiben. Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: meiden Sie die Wohnung und Smartflats.

Clean bed was the only good thing! Old, heavily used fridge, old and limited kitchen cutlery, stained sofa and a smart Tv not connected - shall I say more?

worst hotel ever, dog feces in building, walls broken, couch broken, holes in walls, mildew, black mold, just unbelievable.

The apartment was nice, but I arrived there and noone sent me the self entrance instructions, I had to call one number 2 times. Indide the main door was full of smelly trush. In the apartment you cannot use the TV because not connected in internet and no remote control for the cable tv. Bathroom light was broken no window so it was really dark. Bad experience, I was not lucky.

Dirty and noisy… No air conditioning with window that are absolutely not sound insulated During my stay the upper floor appartement was rented … they did a party until 4:30 am with people entering and existing the building leaving all doors opened !Not great from a security point of view…in a city with plenty of toxicos hanging all night long in the streets I have tried to contact the facility manager … not a single response… just wonder what happens to you if you loose your access cod key!! In summary … avoid even with a 50% discount!

The apartment need more cleaning and during our stay the shower sink in not draining. Also the toilet is separate from the bathroom shower The location is perfect

There was NO hot water. It is apparently a common problem there. We called after business hours to alert them and were told that no one could reset the hot water tank until after 9 AM. The shower had detached tiles at the base. There was broken glass frame on the balcony along with a large broken animal carrier. The mirror in the elevator up was shattered. There were crumbs in a kitchen drawer and food stuck to the walls of the refrigerator. There were ants in the kitchen cabinet. The entire apartment smellled like mold. I have requested a refund for our stay. I would not return.

Selten so eine vorab hochgelobte Unterkunft so wiederlicj vorgefunden. Total verraucht! Nur 1 Tasse im schrank und diese war bereits benutzt und dreckig. Verschimmelte Dusche! Türcode funktionierte nicht! Keine Handtücher. Schlechter Hilfekontakt.
