Older hotel that has been lovingly updated. Great area. Able to walk to many restaurants. Niagara River is a great view.

One night stay after a ****** concert. Great overall experience. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was satisfying. Only issues were it seemed a little loud.. lots of underlying noises.

Niagara Crossing is in a beautiful location! The exterior of the property is meticulously maintained.
Things to know…I booked through ******* and upon check in you will be asked to pay an additional $10 “location fee”. I assume they are charging this because the Falls are a 13 min drive away and the hotel is on the river.
I stayed in a standard king and my room was clean, but had a great deal of wear and tear. The walls were scuffed, the furniture was scratched and dented and the bed needed a new mattress.
However for the price it is still worth checking out!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much, great location. Hotel room is large and spacious, clean and comfortable.
Will definitely return.

Great place to stay with dinning options close by.
Little loud at times with parties scheduled, but was expected.
Rooms were clean except bath tub which we cleaned ourselves and stains from makeup on sheets nothing that we could handle though

Watch out for the resort fee, it’s not a Vegas Hotel or Disney Hotel - but it is an older Niagara Hotel, where we are

I stayed at this hotel many times. Always enjoy staying there. Yesterday I got a room that for the first time didn't look well maintained. Need it a paint job, make it look more updated.
Also, not the hotel's fault I think, but around 2am a waterfall in the hallway entrance woke me up. A lot of water coming down from the ceiling. The front desk person changed me to a different room. Inconvenient but he was helpful and felt sorry for the situation.

A very nice place (beautiful building, nice area). The only thing I didn't like is the flooring in the rooms tends to creak and it is hard to sleep if the people in the room above yours are walking when you're trying to sleep.

The room was not clean and hasn't been renovated in decades. The washroom was dingy and dirty and the walls were patched and not painted.
Sheets were scratchy and I woke up with bites. The heat barely worked and the walls were very thin. We could hear everything that was going on above us and outside of our room on our floor.
