We needed a one night stay to take a very early flight to Paris. Due to sporting events we could not get closer to the airport and the Brit was the only hotel with availability two months out. We had a terrible taxi person who did not want to take us to this hotel for some reason, but he finally did after a bit of a strong conversation. The hotel does not have an elevator but staff will help with luggage. The rooms were fine a bit on the small side. But the beds were comfortable and the linens were very nice. The bar and restaurant opened at 7 on a Friday. The food was very good. Two of us got an Asian chicken noodle dish and one of us got a Ceaser salad and all was delicious. I must say we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff and food staff were kind and helpful. Staff called for a very early taxi for us and I recommend this hotel.

Good stay for 2 nights on route to airport, particular thanks to Sophie who is a great asset to the business. So helpful.
One downside was we could not sit in the reception area before we went for our flight due to all the staff sitting and relaxing waiting for there next shift to start, not a good practise.

If you have a car this hotel is excellent. If you need to rely on public transport then it’s not so easy . The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is a good 3 star hotel.

They charged $90 damage deposit at the time of check in which should have been refunded at the check out but instead of them refunding it to our credit card, they charged it twice. That's $200 just for damage desposits. We had an early flight to catch so had to check out around 4am. There was no one at the front desk to open the gate for our Uber driver to come in to the property nor us to go out of the property. My husband had to look for the button to press to open the gate. Overall, poor service and we'll never stay there again.

Unfortunately we didn't get the friendliest of welcomes from the night receptionist (our flight was delayed but we did advise we'd be arriving late) however the two gents the following morning were fine. Breakfast was pretty basic for the hefty price tag! Room was good, very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

We stayed here during the rugby World Cup and so everything was busy but the place was well run and the staff were helpful. The room was fairly basic but clean and comfortable.

First to note there is no elevator, so had to go up one floor with my luggage.
Other than that, the hotel is great: clean, quiet, close to the airport, free parking, nice breakfast.

It was crawling with ants in our room , literally everywhere we went, there were ants and they were crawling up furniture and getting in our bags i really didn’t enjoy it and we communicated it to one of the workers and he simply said that it was because of the hot weather and there was no apology.
