Delfos is een goed hotel. Het personeel was buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dat was echt opvallend goed. De kamers zijn ruim genoeg en de bedden goed. Één nadeel is dat het hotel wat gedateerd is in zijn stijl en uitstraling. Als je daar doorheen kijkt, is het uitstekend vertoeven.

Ik vond het hotel zeer verouderd. Er is geen stopcontact om je telefoon/ mobiel bij het bed op te laden. Moest een verlengsnoer halen bij de receptie. Tijdens het douchen stond water tot aan je enkel. Het vies water liep niet door. Verouderde een zeer verwassen handdoeken. Wel zeer aardige personeel. Voor degene die luxe gewend zijn is dit een teleurstelling.

4-star hotel with excellent value for money, attentive staff, incredible food, and vegan options. The common area is all located at the reception, with games tables, a space for children, and sofas all in the same room, which makes it quite noisy. The wifi is weak, and does not support calls or social networks.

Personnel was extremely caring and really nice to treat with. Worst part was the WIFI. That ruined the experience. I had to work in the evenings but couldn´t because WIFI was not available most of the times. I complaint in reception several times but no solution neither alternatives. Sad experience because of WIFI

Perfect location in Andorra. Very good support with the forfait purchase, the reception helped a lot with them. To highlight the breakfast with lots of options. To remark a bad point probably the heat at the rooms, in February we think that the temperature was so hot.

Very nice Hotel! comfortable clean rooms, perfect location, great a**opshere, perfect choice for visiting Andorra for business trip and also for sightseeing in Andorra! Also the working staff was very kind and help with the informations :)

I didnt like that it took over one hour to check in. I was booked and was already paid. Also no USB ports in roon. I also had to park in the street, car runnig with my 90 year old mother for over 1 hour untill i got a parking space. All this ruined my experiance in Andorra.

The hotel is a little dated and certainly not 4 stars. Breakfast was very good, beds extremely comfortable and the place was spotless. Bar also excellent. However, checkin was bizarre. I tried to give my name and the guy wanted to know my nationality and said there were no reservations from my country (which is unsurprising since I do not live there) then he said there was nothing with even an English name! (Not sure what constitutes Englishness) so we went away and parked elsewhere then came back and a different person checked us in with no difficulty. The warning not to use data roaming was very welcome though!
