Like always it was excellent service. Everyone was super friendly and nice. The atmosphere was great too, happy to be there again. The ladies were extremely nice thank you to Jasmine, Nancy, and Reyna, sorry for not knowing their last names. But all three ladies were awesome My experience

This was an excellent hotel. Walking to Centro and quiet street. Very safe and secure. Breakfast served was awsome. The staff was amazing and even made us a box lunch to go.

This is a VERY basic hotel. It was clean. The staff was friendly. It was in need of updating!!! The bathroom sink leaked onto the floor and I slipped on the wet tile. There was no bath mat in the shower and again very slippery. I believe the shower glass was plate glass. Breakfast was fine. Since this was meant to be a feel good vacation for us we left after one night even though we paid for 2. I know COVID has had a huge financial impact on businesses but my husband and I are too old to feel unsteady.

Es muy cómodo tienes todo lo que necesitas para descansar, trabajar online, disfrutar una linda tarde en sus patios, el personal es muy atento, el acceso es fácil y tiene cochera, esta a unas cuadras del centro.

Me cobraron la estancia y decidi cancelar por que ******* ya me habia cobrado , ellos dicen que no cobran por la app, tuve que buscar otra habitacion , en otro hotel y ******* no me regreso mi dinero y cancele a tiempo y siguen pidiendo mi opinion como si su servicio ratero me hubiera gustado, del hotel no hablo mal , de ******* si, pues quien robo mi dinero fue *******
