I stayed this hotel four years ago, it is really nice at that time. There is someone who can speak English
While this time, I feel not so good. So I changed the hotel, the room is with a bad smell around the bed area.
And the water is not so hot.
All the equipments lack of maintenance!

Lobby is nice but bathroom was dirty. Pool was cold and you can hear a lot of the plumbing frim other rooms, very noisy.

Attractive hotel but clearly having problems. The daytime desk staff seemed confused and distracted. The room was nice but no hot water or washcloth. Lots of construction but few travelers. The restaurant was good and more together than the hotel.

Still a good hotel , personal friendly and knowledgeable, just need some improvements they’re working on it ( renovating) hopefully can be ready for my next trip

Room is outdated, check in took too long because I did the payment with ******* and they didn’t have my reservation.
Room so smelly , bathroom very bad smell ! I got a big headache from the smell.
I had to pay a deposit for $1500 mxn

The Hotel was amazing and all the amenities was excellent, the only one star was the guy in reception, was rude and unfriendly…!!

Our phone wasn’t working which means we had to physically go to reception desk for any needs. Other than that everything else was excellent. Especially the staff, everyone friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
