My choice when I need a hotel in BSD area.
Very clean, strategic location, and all the staffs were very friendly.

The breakfast buffet is amazing for both Westerners and locals.
The café has very good options and the food for lunch and dinner is great.
The rooms look a bit old, though. With lack of maintenance. I stayed in a Deluxe King room, but it was not up to its name.
Staff is friendly and helpful.

Was given when the aircon was cold even the Technicians came to service it. Was in the room for 2 hrs but still not cold even the temp was measure at the aircon at 16 degrees C. Move to a different room was cool. Beware of the therapist from the hotel as it may end up different if a single goes for the massage. Very unprofessional servicing.

Several times stay here and has good service, event though we have no time to communicate with the staff.
Now we have more space car parking area instead of ground level area. Hotel need to improve wifi speed since we need more power for online meeting.
